100m from Lake Okareka. Near Blue Lake and Lake Tarawera. Lakes are great for skiing, kayaking, swimming and walks. 10km to Rotoura with lots of New Zealands major tourist attractions. 8km to the Redwood forest for great moutain biking.

Bathroom including heated towel rail. Thermal drapes and thermal Roman blinds for added warmth, and firewood for those colder winter nights.

TV, DVD, Freeview and Sky TV (bring your own sky decoder), bath, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen complete with brand new floor, all the necessities from home including microwave, dishwasher, and basic stock food items.

Master bedroom has large wardrobe with built in shelves and electric blanket on Queen bed. Spare Queen bed also has an electric blanket.

Bunk room has an electric blanket on double bed, lots of toys, puzzles and books for kids.

Portacot available for use.

Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and fireguard to protect the kids from the Kent Fire. No fires to be lit outside.

Off street parking area for cars and parking for your boat.

All the necessary comforts from home. This is our family bach so we want you to enjoy it as much as we do so its not a party house.

Compulsory exit clean fee $80,Refundable Damage Bond $100 may be payable with rental fee prior to using the house, and refunded assuming no damage. Deposit required within 48hrs to secure booking, balance payable 1 week prior to stay.Linen and towels supplied, $10 charge per person for linen.Smoking allowed outside only. Arrival after 3pm departure by 10am.House to be left tidy on departure. Please do your own dishes and empty the dishwasher and rubbish bin.
