Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully-equipped kitchen and the living areas, plus the garden with its BBQ and outdoor seating. You'll also have your own private access to the lake: a path leads from the front lawn down to a sandy beach, and there are kayaks for you to explore the water.



The Neighborhood:

Kawaha Point is one of Rotorua's loveliest lakeside neighbourhoods - quiet and leafy, right on the shores of Lake Rotorua, yet just a five-minute drive from the CBD. Some of Rotorua's most popular attractions are close by, including Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Rotorua Canopy Tours, all around five minutes away. The lakefront, Government Gardens and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa are about eight minutes by car, with Te Puia's geysers around eleven and the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest about fourteen.



Getting Around:

Having a car is recommended to make the most of your stay, and there's plenty of off-street parking down the driveway plus free street parking. There's also a bus stop nearby with services into the city. By car, Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are all four to five minutes away, Polynesian Spa and the lakefront about eight, Te Puia eleven, the Redwoods fourteen, and Rotorua Airport about eighteen.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 29 Mbps. The property has its own lake access and a sandy beach, and is not fully fenced, so children should be supervised near the water at all times. The home is set over two levels with internal stairs.
