Enjoy the soaring views from the double decks of this classic chalet-style 3-season camp with 150' of private waterfront on Great Pond.
Set on a private camp road with lots of trees as a buffer from neighbors, this camp allows you the perfect spot to get away from it all.
Camp offers an open concept design with additional living space on three large decks overlooking the lake.
With the kitchen, dining area, bedroom & full bath at the back on the camp, the split level-design offers a large living room on upper level with lofty cathedral ceilings and a cozy den below with walk-out access to lower deck and grounds. Various sleeping areas offer two (2) queen sized beds and one set of bunk beds for kids or added guests.
Paved driveway and parking next to camp offer convenience, and a sturdy stairway leads to lower lakefront area. Fire pit to enjoy s'mores at and a private dock with swim ladder off unique peninsula area that is perfect for swimming and fishing.
This convenient location offers easy access to Interstate 95, several local shops and restaurants in Belgrade Lakes Village, along with hiking and Maine's Top-rated Golf Course.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Dustin and Sarah's place! The cabin was welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet when we wanted to unwind. Dustin was a thoughtful host, and we truly felt right at home.We are so glad we found this spot and will be coming back. Thanks, Dustin and Sarah!

Cozy Lake Home !

This lake home was just perfect for what we needed! The beds were very comfy with soft, clean, high thread count sheets and cozy comforters! The large floor to ceiling windows were why we rented it! The beautiful lake view visible from almost anywhere in the home, was exactly what we wanted! Plenty of clean towels were on each bed and a pack n play was out and ready for us to set up for our baby grandson! The only thing that was not ideal was the house was extremely hot when we first arrived, but once we got their ac unit going it finally cooled down. The owner was easy to reach and very friendly! We would definitely rent this quaint and cozy home again!!

Dustin’s camp was exactly what I was looking for

100% accuracy on his listing, no surprises. He checked in on us to make sure everything was ok, and responded to messages very quickly. Driveway is steep, but he clearly informs you of that ahead of time. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway, no issues with that. Overall great experience.

Great property but not for everyone

Great Pond is in fact great! This property offers a large waterfront and privacy! The owners were very nice and responsive. Access to the water is extremely difficult. The owners did accommodate us by installing steps off the dock into the water which was good for humans . However the rocky frontage was not suitable for our aging dogs. Of concern was the lateness that the contract was delivered. It contained severe limets of liability which we didn’t understand until we got there and discovered extremely steep steps in the house and very steep steps down to water. I would recommend this property for younger fit adults who are not too concerned about the price of the rental. The house was interesting and well stocked except for forks! We had a good vacation but both our dogs fell down the stairs in the house. The owners could have been more forthcoming about the hazards as this house was really not suited to our needs,

Great family retreat

We loved our stay here. Close to all of our family in Manchester. Great views, comfy beds and great swimming area. Looking forward to doing this next year at the same place!

Beautiful decks and outdoor space

The hosts were gracious and provided clear and thorough instructions for everything we needed. Gorgeous outdoor spaces: two big decks, a dock and fire pit were the perfect spaces for family time enjoying the beauty of the lake.

Early August on Great Pond

The porch/ view makes this place- coffee in the morning, beer in the evening - outstanding!!! Beds are very comfortable but upper floor not really usable due to sun/ heat. Air conditioner was continuously running as well as a small window unit I brought with me. Swimming was great/ easy access and not rocky. One area that’s an issue is the mooring situation. No boat no problem but due to lots of boat wake , the boat can’t be moored to the dock. There is a buoy but no loop rope connecting to the dock which means the little paddle boat must be used to retrieve the boat from the buoy. This doesn’t work all that well with a north east wind - takes a midget with piano legs. For $300 bucks , a usable mooring system would make this place near perfect -it should be included. Internet very klitchy , often had to reboot modem daily. Very positive experience except for the mooring issue. Caught a 4# smallmouth on a spook!!!!

A-frame with a view

Loved the water, dock, swimming, loons. Close proximity to the wonderful town of Belgrade. Very much appreciated the home owners allowing us to use their kayaks and all the home amenities. Kitchen was on small side as we enjoy cooking but fully functional. Would have used microwave and laundry if available, but made out fine without. Great stay on the Pond! Thank you!

Little disappointed...

We were disappointed that the property was not as clean as it should have been. Their was a layer of dust on a lot of things, and there were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. I also had trouble connecting to the TV. The owner told me to call him if I needed help with anything, so I called him on the day we arrived so he could guide me through the process, but he didn't return my call until 3 days later. We were also interested in using the paddle boat there, until we looked inside it. I was filled with water and pine needles and it was so dirty, we didn't want to get in it.

Quiet relaxing stay

Very enjoyable private location on beautiful lake with dock—enjoyed having a drink and coffee on the two outdoor decks. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Would like to have had a microwave to heat leftovers from the many wonderful eateries in Belgrade and surrounds but we managed with the oven and stovetop. This was a good central location from which to travel to leaf-peep and find activities. Good road to walk on. Pay attention to the owner’s alert about the steep driveway—pretty impossible to drive down. But we had no trouble walking down and up with luggage. Nice to hear the loons on the lake. All in all a lovely visit.

A Wonderful Vacation

Everything about this property is wonderful. The location is serene, views of the lake breath-taking (especially at sunrise and moonrise), very tastefully decorated and well taken care of inside and outside, plus the owners were so welcoming and helpful. This is very special place if you are looking for beauty, peace and connection with nature.

Great House and Fantastic Views

Our family has been coming to Belgrade Lakes for decades and have stayed in numerous lake properties. This house was one of the nicest. Lots of open space, huge windows and AMAZING VIEWS OF THE LAKE! The house was very clean with lovely furniture. The beds were comfortable (not always the case with rentals) and we appreciated the kayaks. Plus, there were some “little things” that made the visit that much nicer. The house has a bottled water dispenser with very cold refreshing water, and lots of towels and bedding. The owners were very attentive and made us feel very comfortable contacting them. We asked for one minor repair and the owner came right away and fixed it. They clearly wanted our family to have the best time possible and we did! We would definitely stay again.

Loved it!

Looks just as listed, you can’t beat the view, the owner also let us use the boat mooring so we were able to bring our boat (there’s a public boat ramp about 10 minutes away). Recommend!

Belgrade stay

We stayed here the last week of July. It's a gorgeous spot on lake, a very nice dock, plenty of room for chairs, stuff, swimming was excellent. Plenty of friendly ducks to wave to. The 2 very large decks of house were ideal for lake viewing and relaxing. One could use some screening for the ultimate dining and socializing experience. One full bedroom; other beds in common spaces, so privacy is limited. Beds were good. Location in Belgrade-- it's a great spot for so many activities, places to go, things to see, eat out . . . Can't go wrong.

Fabulous house with great view

This house was perfect!!! My husband, 20 year old son, and I had plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved relaxing on the upper deck or just enjoying the loft area in the evening. The view is amazing. Owners are super responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing and Peaceful week

The cottage is beautiful and just as it is described in the listing. My husband and I had a terrific experience during our stay. The things that make me want to return: the views and listening to the loons from the decks, seeing the osprey and eagles, the swimming dock, very comfortable bed, beautiful and peaceful area....I did not want to leave. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed for our stay including kitchen supplies, linens, beach chairs and kayaks. Both my husband and I had to do some work during our stay and the internet works great. I highly recommend this cottage.

Great location and beautiful views!

Loved this double balcony chalet! The top deck was perfect for our coffee in the morning and we spent our evenings in the shade enjoying our bbq dinners at the patio high top😊 the views were beautiful and the lake was perfect for swimming! We even got to see a turtle come up twice onto the lawn ! Cannot wait to come back soon!

Great spot

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was gorgeous. We went in October so later in the season but the space heater kept us warm. We spent several nights at the gorgeous fire pit overlook the lake. We would definitely go back again.

Beautiful views, lovely lake house.

We had a great week this lake house. The two decks got a lot of use. The upper deck especially in the evening as the sun was setting, and the lower deck was great for dining, and also work. This was not a plan trip, so the lower deck and it's table acted as our office. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We had a very minor plumbing issue that was dealt with quickly by the owner, and he was a great guy to work with. The only thing lacking was the kitchen could use a little more in the way of pots and pans. We were able to work with what was there, and I understand storage in the kitchen is an issue, but a regular skillet and a larger pot for things like pasta would be super handy. I highly recommend this house as a great place to unwind on a beautiful lake.

Perfect getaway

We had a perfect getaway to the camp and great pond. The owner was fantastic throughout the process. The place was exactly as we thought it would be in a wonderful location right on the lake. It was peaceful, quiet, and offered a great relaxing stay. Many memories were made including kayaking, fishing, sitting by the outdoor fire pit and best of all hearing the loons in the evening. It was a great access point to hikes and Days General Store. Look forward to getting back with family.
