This delightful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhouse located at the well-known Windsor Hills gated community provides guests with a lovely place to stay. It includes access to an array of activities right on your doorstep. This is a 2 storey townhouse that can accommodate a maximum number up to 7 guests. It has its own splash pool at the townhome for you to enjoy.

Great house

Very clean. Good appliances, etc. Good pool. Great community pool. Short walk to the community pool.

Very pleased

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Really no complaints at all. Had a problem with the coffee maker - had no problem having contacting help and it was replaced

Lacking some basics

The property seemed worn out. The couch was awful and cleverly never shown in any of the marketing pics. Not a single washcloth or hand towel. Slow drain in the master BR sink. No ice maker in the frig. Just not as nice as we were expecting.

Hi Ryan thank you for your feedback. The couch has just been replaced by the Owner of this home. There are hand towels in the home in the closets. We do not supply washcloths in our homes. Thank you for advising about the sink - maintenance have now sorted the drainage. Thank you JC Vacation Homes

Not as advertised

I got to the condo late and was expecting a pack and play for my 2 month old. Instead what I discovered was a filthy pack and play that had obviously had stains all over it. The pack and play was not usable. The stairs had nails sticking out of them. Very dangerous to walk on! All of the bedding was filthy. I called the emergency number to complain and was told we can’t do anything for you tonight. I stayed up all night washing the master bedroom bedding. I got absolutely no sleep! Disney was hard on no sleep. My newborn had no where to sleep. So I used a suitcase. My children had to sleep in a nasty bed. We had no options. This place was not as described. It wasn’t just a stray hair! The bedding was nasty and hairy. I have pictures that are time stamped.

Dear Brendy, thank you for your feedback. This home was personally inspected before your arrival and the bedding was clean and the stairs did not have any nails showing. The damage to the stairs was caused by someone in your party dragging a suitcase upstairs. You called at 12.20am to report the issues and we came round first thing the next day to sort out your worries. We replaced the pack and play, washed the twin bedding again and fixed the stairs. We have pictures of the damage caused. You also left large stains on the bedding on your departure which required specialist cleaning for which we did not charge you. We are sorry you were not happy with your stay. Thank you JC Vacation Homes

Not the Windsor Hills Experience of years past

The gate/security/check in in an absolute nightmare. After driving 3+ hours to get there, it took more than TWO HOURS to actually get our family onto the property. The line was crazy-long, and we had to go through it FOUR TIMES just to get our 2 vehicles onto the property. This is totally unacceptable for a property you have paid for in advance, and not like anything we have experienced in the 8 other times we have stayed at Windsor Hills. As for the unit: it was fine. The couches in the picture are NOT what’s in the townhome. Those striped couches have been replaced with older, tackier, less comfortable couches. (False representation?) The pool water was clean, but the deck was over-grown with weeds & had mold, and the furniture was old and very dirty. The complex? The water slides seemed to be closed a lot, and no one was monitoring occupancy at the main pool. It was VERY CROWDED by regular standards, let alone Covid standards. We couldn’t find room where people would stay 6+ feet away, so we left. Overall - this is not the environment it used to be, and Orlando has too many properties for renters to put up with gate/entry issues; disrepair/ lack of maintenance;; photo misrepresentation; and unsafe pandemic conditions.

Hi Beth, unfortunately due to the issues surrounding unauthorised parties at vacation rentals over the past few months, the Resort has taken up a much stricter admittance policy and on certain weekends, we understand the arrival process has taken a much longer time than anyone would have expected. We completely understand your frustration, but we have no control over these arrival/admittance policies. With regard to the Resort Amenities - the complex swimming pool and slides, again we have no control over these resort facilities or how they are operated during Covid or any other time. We are sorry that your experience at this Resort was not as good as you had expected. We have noted your remarks about the rental vacation and have taken remedial steps to improve the property and pool area where possible. Best wishes JC Vacation Homes Florida

This townhouse was very clean and in a great location for accessing the Windsor Hills pools and clubhouse, which made it very convenient for our stay. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots and pans, which we appreciated when preparing meals.There were a few things that could be improved. The home only had enough towels for the exact number of guests, so having a few extras available would have been helpful. There was also only the remaining toilet paper on the rolls when we arrived, even if it wasn’t full, and the kitchen didn’t include basic starter items like coffee filters, which meant we had to run out to the store right away.One concern was the staircase. The stairs felt unstable and seemed to be broken in the middle, which could potentially be a safety hazard and should be looked at.Another challenge during our stay was that the master bedroom did not have any dressers or storage for clothing. We stayed for two weeks and had to live out of our suitcases the entire time, as the only furniture available was decorative antique pieces that were not usable for storage.The private pool area was nice to have, but the pool itself could have used a good cleaning during our stay.Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but addressing some of these maintenance and convenience issues would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.

Hi Amy, thank you for your feedback, which I was surprised to read as we did not hear anything from you during your stay about any issues at all. If you had advised about the stairs, our Maintenance team would have come to inspect it and sort if required. We take Guest safety very seriously. This home is self catering as advised and the starter times are clearly described in our Checkin details. We always do a pre-arrival check on the home before Guests arrive and new toilet rolls are always put into the homes in each restroom, along with a roll of kitchen paper towels, a small dishsoap bottle, 2 tabs of dishwasher pods, a spare 13 gallon trash bag and a kitchen sponge. With regard to the Master King Bedroom, there is a white dresser in the room under the TV and a walkin closet, so I was surprised to read that you had no-where to put your clothes during your stay. We were pleased to read that you enjoyed the location of the Townhome and its amenities and that you were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The pool is serviced regularly by our Pool Company but as an outside pool, it will have plant and sand debris blown into the pool at any given time. Regards, JC Vacation Homes

Nette woning , zeer aan te raden

Reeds meerdere malen in Windsor hills geweest het is een ideale plek voor Disney vakanties. De woning is netjes en goed onderhouden , niet vies. Wasmachine werkt ook super geen toploader die je vaak ziet maar een die goed werkt. Het zwembad bij het huisje is klein maar fijn prima voor de kinderen om te vermaken, Op loopafstand is het grote zwembad met glijbanen en een water playpark voor de aller kleinste. Huis heeft alle gemakken.
