The Executive Chateau has 5 bedrooms plus a loft overlooking the Great Room that serves as 6th bedroom with 2 twin beds. Located in Frisco in Summit County – home of Colorado’s summer and winter playground. Frisco is centrally located to 5 world-class ski and summer resorts. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops and to Lake Dillon. Frisco was recently named by a national travel magazine as the "The nation’s # 2 "Neatest Place to Live or visit in the US." It noted Frisco's close location to 5 world-class ski and summer resorts, numerous outdoor winter and summer activities in the surrounding national forests and located on Lake Dillon and in the middle of the great Rocky Mountains.

The open-concept kitchen/dining area and Great Room with a 60-inch HDTV and a wood-burning, stone fireplace provides mountain elegance during your stay. The home has 3 Master Bedrooms with en-suite full bathrooms-- each with jetted tubs for ultimate relaxation. The bathrooms have marble or granite vanity tops with double sinks. Two of the Master Bedrooms have King Beds, and the third Master has a queen bed – all with top-of-the-line mattresses; All Master Bedrooms have HDTVs.

A fourth bedroom has a double bed and access to a full bath. The fifth bedroom has bunk beds-- a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. As a bonus sleeping area in addition to the 5 bedrooms, a loft overlooking the Great Room has twin beds and acts as a BONUS sixth bedroom -- great for young adults (12+ age). (Note that access to the loft is via a built in ladder on the wall.) There are a total of 8 beds plus a queen blow-up bed if needed and 2 couches for young adults to sleep to accommodate an extra large group. The home sleeps up to 14.

This is a private, professionally decorated, completely renovated home with premier furniture, top-of-the-line bedding, marble and granite countertops throughout. etc. Knotty Pine doors throughout the home and the elegant wood ceiling provide an inviting atmosphere. The new, fully equipped gourmet kitchen has premier granite countertop with bar stools for additional eating area. There is also game table in the Great Room for family games or as an additional eating area.

The home has a top-of-the-line 8-person Arctic Spa Hot Tub with 4 Captain Chairs, mood lights, waterfall, lots of jets with state-of-the-art Arctic Ozone, the finest purification systems available for hot tubs. If it is too cold for you for the hot tub outside, there are 3 jetted tubs in 3 of the master bedrooms to sooth those sore muscles after a day of skiing or biking. The home has two decks. One deck has a gas BBQ grill and patio chairs. The other deck has patio chairs and the Hot Tub.

The Great Room has a 60-inch Smart HDTV, a DVR, and DVD player. We provide very high-speed wireless Internet, Xfinity ProBlast with 1000+ megabits/sec speed, capable of multiple (10) devices for streaming Zoom meetings, and streaming movies in HD. All TVs have free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video to enjoy hundreds of movies in high definition. The home has a Bose music player which can play your music using your iPhone or Android phones.

The home is near (3 city blocks) to Whole Foods, Wal Mart, restaurants, and the Frisco Transit Station that provides free bus service to all four ski areas. The home is only a few miles from the Silverthorne Outlet Malls and just 25 minutes to Vail and 15 minutes Beavercreek for a day of skiing or a shopping excursion.

As an additional amenity, we provide 7 mountain bikes (5 adult and 2 children bikes) for our guest's use on the miles of paved bike trails in Summit County --a savings of $480+/day -- this is one of our guests' favorite summer activities. The Chateau is on the Frisco Bike Pathway.

Note: Our cancellation policy is much more flexible and generous than any of the standard VRBO cancellation options available. Our rental agreement states the Cancellation Policy as:
A notice for cancellation prior to the arrival date will incur a $ 300 inconvenience cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund If we are able to rent the home for the entire time period contracted for. All funds (minus the inconvenience cancellation fee) will be returned. If only a portion of the time is rented, the balance of the rental period will be deducted from any payments made. During the winter, if the two or more Summit County ski areas close operations due to Covid 19 or any pandemic, 100% refund will be provided to our guests who have reservations during the closed period. Note: This cancellation policy is more generous and practical than those offered on VRBO for cancellations of 60 or 30 days prior to arrival. In 12+ years of renting through VRBO, we have always been able to rent our home when given 30 days or more notice and have provided full refunds to our guests. (The policy protects us from renters taking our home off the market during high demand times until they find a cheaper alternative or last minute discount near their arrival times.) Optional third-party insurance for unforeseen circumstances that require cancellation can be purchased for a nominal fee through VRBO or other entities.
