The unit is fully furnished. It has an upmarket modern kitchen, including all new modern appliances, dish washer, large fridge, microwave, cooking & eating utensils. You will also have your own washing machine, clothes dryer, wash sink & cleaning equipment etc.

Unit 1504 has a great balcony with OCEAN VIEWS & fresh sea breezes, with comfy outdoor furniture to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets or sunrises every day!

Warm Welcome! We are super delighted to have you staying at our brand new, upmarket, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom BEACH apartment, unit 1504, with Ocean views!! The comfortable luxury fully furnished apartment is in a brand new great resort complex called: unit 1504, Lowana Beach Resort, 42 Lowanna Drive, Buddina, Sunshine Coast, 4575. Unit 1504 is on the 5th floor, with lift access and is short stroll 250 meters to beautiful Buddina Beach and right next to Kawana Shopping World!!

For your peace of mind, and your safety, we have outstanding professional cleaners, who will thoroughly sanitise and clean the entire apartment, before your arrival.

Before your arrival, we will also SMS you your easy self check in instructions, via your mobile phone.

Easy self check in details:

Please collect the keys from our Mailbox 1504, located behind the building on Bermagui Crescent street, opposite the Kawana Shopping Centre.
Once you find our 1504 mailbox, please open the mailbox lid, and you will see a metal CondoKey Box, with the keys inside. You will see a big blue Turtle fluffy toy, with a large silver front door key on, plus small black round access toggle for the lift, plus a black garage gate remote so you can park your car in your free parking bay 83 in the secure basement parking.

Step 1:
Please collect the keys from our mailbox 1504.

Step 2:
Please drive your car to your free basement secure parking 83, use the gate remote to get into the basement parking. Please park in parking bay 83.

Step 3: Use the small black access toggle in the lift, on the small black box, and then push 5th floor to get to the 5th floor, turn right to get to unit 1504.

Step 4: Please use the big silver front door key to unlock the front door.
NB: PLEASE DO NOT LOOSE THESE KEYS. They cost $ 600 dollars to replace.

PLEASE KINDLY MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE BLUE TURTLE WITH ALL THE KEYS BACK IN THE CONDOKEY BOX, INSIDE MAILBOX 1504, ON YOUR WAY OUT, ON YOUR LAST DAY.

3. On your last day, your check-out time is 10 am.
Please kindly tie up your kitchen black garbage bag and push it down the 'Garbage Shute',
outside the apartment, on floor 5, near lift.
No bottles or breakables can go down the 'Garbage Shute'.

Please ensure you put the blue Turtle fluffy toy, with all the keys, back in the Condokey Box, thank you so much.

Please kindly throw your bottles & re-cycibles in the big yellow recycle bins on the ground floor, before you drive out.

Just a friendly reminder, the Ocean and beautiful Buddina Beach, are in front of the building (250 meters to the beach). Aldi’s, Coles, Woolworths, Banks, Restaurants, Cafes and loads of great shops are at Kawana Shopping Centre directly behind our building. The brand new amazing Gold Class Movie Cinemas & restaurants are also close by. There is also a brand new large pool, with loungers, and barbeque area for your use and enjoyment. Also check out the new coffee shop and restaurant on site.
