This modern home is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by a National Park, creating a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The two-level layout provides generous open-plan living space, with one bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry located downstairs, while the remaining three bedrooms and main living areas are situated upstairs. The media room opens effortlessly to the pool area, allowing for a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The upstairs living areas extend to a spacious balcony featuring a BBQ, outdoor seating, a TV, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. There’s plenty of room to unwind, relax, and savor the breathtaking sunrise during breakfast.
The master bedroom also boasts the same valley views and features a king bed, walk-in robe, and en suite. The other two bedrooms share a third bathroom, with one offering a queen bed and the other having two singles—ideal for a family or two families vacationing together. There’s even an office area for those who wish to catch up on work while away.
There is off road parking for 2 vehicles.

I spent a week in Jubilee Sanctuary. The house was so spacious. It was great having 2 seperate living areas, kept the kids in one while adults were in the other one at night time. The kids enjoyed the pool. There was even enough room to park our car in the garage. Will definitely recommend this house and agent to go through. Thanks for the stay.

The house was what I expectedThe cleaners could have done a better job!!I thought it was a little overpriced The driveway is very steep , very hard to access house for elderly or people that don't have good ankles. The house is not within walking distance of any entertainment venues The houses outside entertainment areas are not private from neighbouring properties

Overall a good house but there is definitely room for improvement. Outdoor pool furniture would be nice so you don’t have to sit on the ground. TVs that actually work & pick up channels would be great. Wifi is terrible & some board games or cards would be beneficial to makeup for the lack of wifi & tv service. Gardens looked poorly maintained & overgrown. Besides these few things it was a great house for 2 families.
