Beautiful views on verandah - and property well presented and comfortable altho not as pristine as I’d hoped!We cleaned the oven trays and dishwasher filter before using! On our arrival steps to the entrance of house needed cleaning as did all around the Spa area! The exhaust fan above stove also needed cleaning n light did not work!I have a sharp eye for detail and this was below standard!The floor rugs were a slip hazard on polished floors - please attend to this to avoid accidents.The light above BBQ needs a new globe/repair!Suggestions for future guests - all of the above and as a welcome gesture supply a cheese, fruit platter, perhaps a bottle of wine(?)more tea bags, condiments such as oil, pepper & salt grinders, napkins etc. which will make the home more welcoming and appealing.On this note I don’t think I could recommend this property in comparison of previous stays elsewhere. Thank you

Birthday Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an awesome weekend in Airlie. The house was a perfect home based for a busy weekend. And although we didn't get time to use the spa everyday, soaking our sore muscles on the last evening was just what we needed.

Very impressed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 friends catching up. We each had our own bedroom. The home was impressive in decor and comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of crockery and cutlery provided. The appliances were modern and easy to use. The position was close enough to everything to be only a few minutes drive into the main shops and restaurants. The view was nice. The spa was roomy and already heated but lacked some styling but certainly didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Beautiful House with amazing views

The house and decor are just beautiful. It is very well stocked and clean. The view is amazing but if you don't have a car then you will want to be really fit to walk up the steep hill.I would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that the hot tub didn't work properly. We attempted for hours over 2 days to get the temp up but it didn't work. Given we were there in winter it was just too cold to get in. When I spoke to someone about it I was told it was a cold spa, which it isn't. I contacted the agent communicating my dissapointment as we had chosen this place because of the hot tub. I did not receive any response or offer to have someone come and look at it. I messaged again after we checked out, with no response again.

Needs some electrical Work

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in this gorgeous home for my 50th Birthday. We hired it for the spa knowing the weather was not going to be great. The spa never worked and was not fixed while we were there... Then we tried to cook a roast for my birthday and the oven kept tripping the safety switch, and turning off. One bar fridge did not work and every second power point was dead. Then the heater/ cooler in the main room was seen to by an electrician 3 times over our stay and still did not work...We were left with a BBQ and a fridge...Maddi was amazing and did her best to help but unfortunatley the property needs a major electriacal overhaul to bring it up to working condition...Was very surprised the owner of the rental property never contacted us! I think we may have been the properties first booking and for the price paid I would suggest maybe booking another one till everything is fixed....

The size of the house was perfect for the 9 people we had with us. The location was perfect. We can't wait to go back again. The property management were so accommodating with any enquiries I had before and during our stay.
