The Space:

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.



Getting Around:

The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Deceptive listing , nice location

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, but this property was so deceptive in the VRBO listing that I want to ensure others are aware for their visit. I clearly indicated we would have three people staying at this property. This listing stated there was a separate bedroom and a couch that converted to a bed. Both of these statements are false. The bedroom does not have a full wall, so it’s not really a bedroom. The tiny couch did not convert to a bed and even if it did, there were no blankets, sheets or pillows available for it.There is a pool, but we were left only 2 bracelets for pool entry. This was not shared with us until 1 hour before check-in. More deception.The check-in instructions are provided 2 hours prior to the 4 pm check-in time but you don’t actually get the code to your unit until 15 mins prior. Since this is located in an urban environment, one cannot park anywhere until entry to the unit is given to get the parking pass. The water pressure is similar to the Smokey Mountains…. Land of a thousand trickles. Location is great and the pool was nice but don’t stay here if there’s more than 2 of you. It’s really more of a place for a young couple. Also the rental company does respond to questions pretty timely. Without these 2 factors, the rating would have been much lower.
