Location is great

Not Worth It

We booked 6 nights at this location but left after one night. Cons: -apartment block is located next to a huge construction site (August 2023) with frequent noise on Saturday evening and Sunday morning -loud traffic at night (motorcycles at night, trucks during the day) - dirty condition, mold in shower, loose and worn out shower head - very dated apartment, like from the 80's, damaged bed side lamps, worn out furniture - very unfriendly man at gate/guard house at the entrance of the property - zero service Pros: -spacious apartment with upper floor balcony - fresh paint - small but beautiful garden with small pool - close to beach (15 minutes on foot) and shops, restaurants on Grace Bay Road Before we booked the apartment we explicitly asked whether there was traffic noise, and a construction site next to the building, as mentioned in one of the other reviews. Owner denied both. After one night at the Inn I asked her about the construction going on next door, and she still lied at us. We paid over $1800 in advance, and believe that customers and tourists who come to T+C should be treated with respect, and be told the truth about a vacation rental. We received a partial refund when we moved out the next day, but had to find a hotel the same day, very stressful. In addition, the communication with Vrbo took several hours. We are still waiting for a refund of their fee. Our conclusion: This was the first and last time we booked an apartment with Vrbo, and at this location.

Wonderful condo in great location

Overall very satisfied with our stay. 2 very minor suggestions i would make is to check in on the island and have at least a fallon of drinking water available so a rush to the store isnt a priority, but not a big deal. Tgi k it would be a nice touch. Ive done it before with places in Roatan that i helped build and dame situation with tap water. Like i mentioned not a big deal. Secondly just having a working safe to put travel documents, cash, cc's etc would have put mind at ease a little but we felt so safe down there we werent too worried about it. Overall, love it and planning next trip already. Cant wait.

Peaceful and budget friendly

The rental was just as described. Little extras like the cooler, beach umbrella, and chairs came in handy. It was extremely hot and humid outside, sometimes reaching a real feel of 103, but the AC units were a life saver.

What a great location

Our stay here was perfect! Check in was super easy. Owner does provide beach equipment to take with you like the chairs and umbrella. The umbrella was super sturdy. She does have a cooler but we had a backpack cooler that we took. There was also floats that you could take. The kitchen had the necessary items to cook a meal and we did make use of it especially for breakfast. We only had a few hiccups which we did not have sheets for the hideaway bed the first night. We did make do and rolled with the flow. If you will be using the hideway bed I suggest that you ask for it early the day you arrive. Also we didn't have the code to the safe and it was given to us but we didn't know how to change it.

Perfect Location

The Inn at Grace Bay is a great alternative to staying at one of the resorts. It's located just at the edge of the Grace Bay "business district" so you can walk to a lot of restaurants, shops and big resorts in an easy 1-5 minute stroll. We rented a Jeep and were very happy with our decision. Grace Bay Beach is beautiful but there are a lot of other parts of the island worth exploring — especially for dinner. This particular unit was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. The cooler and umbrella were both fantastic for beach days (the associated beach club already has nice beach chairs but no umbrellas, which wasn't a problem since the unit's umbrella was super portable but still large enough to keep two chairs in the shade). Communications with the owner were quick and easy. If you're looking for an alternative to the big resorts at a reasonable price, this is a really great option.

Vacation for Two

Nice getaway for my husband and I. Location is fantastic it’s close to lots of places. Had breakfast every morning at Shays Cafe which was reasonable and really good. Condo was cozy and nice, recommend put screens on windows and doors so you could enjoy breeze. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely unit very close to the beach and walkable to everything

Leesa's unit overlooking the pool was lovely for our family. Pros: It was a 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach and equally close to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The unit had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The AC units (one in the bedroom, one in the living room) worked well when we needed them, but the ceiling fans were all we needed most of the time. The washer/dryer were great to have, as was the dishwasher. The cooler was a nice touch in case guests want to take food/drinks to the beach. Thanks to Leesa for being so responsive and easy to communicate with. She also let us check in a bit early because our flight arrived early. A couple very minor cons: Wifi was inconsistent in the bedroom (but worked fine elsewhere), there wasn't a coffee grinder despite the listing mentioning it (the owner said we could be reimbursed if buying one at the supermarket, but they didn't have one), a drying rack would've been a nice addition for the porch (we ended up tossing our damp towels in the dryer most of the time), and there was some noisy construction at an adjacent property being built that started around 7am each morning (this certainly wasn't the fault of the owner, but it probably makes sense to mention the construction in the listing). Overall, we had a lovely time! Thanks again!

About our stay

Really enjoyed the condo and it’s easy access to the beach, and restaurants, and shopping. All short walks. The condo was clean, people there friendly, the water absolutely spectacular. A small piece of heaven.

Perfect Location! Beautiful Property

This unit was in the perfect location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, short 4 min walk to Grace Bay beach. Loved the reserved beach chairs for the property. The pool area was beautiful and quiet. If the beach got too windy, the pool area was a great alternative since it was surrounded by trees so it blocked the wind. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including a blender. We were also pleased that the unit included a cooler so that we could pack items needed for the beach and also a beach umbrella. Leesa was easy to work with and communicated quickly. There were some lights that needed changing and she quickly sent out the property manager (who was so friendly and gave us great tips on beaches!) I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Grace Bay on a budget. It was a great value when you compare it to costs associated with staying at a resort.

Short walk to beach

Nice condo close to restaurants and shopping. One grocery store close enough to walk if you would like. With full kitchen and outside grill, you are able to cook some meals if you choose. Short walk to the beach. If you access the beach from the public access past the tourism office, there is a guy you can rent chairs from for a very reasonable price. Good place to stay with friendly people.

Fantastic Getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The property was even better than advertised. Communication was great, location was perfect and the overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Beautiful! Beautiful!!

My friend and I got away for Christmas & it was the best decision ever!! Leesa the owner was very responsive and provided an easy booking process! The place looked just like the photos and even better!! It was pristinely clean, everything we expected and more!! Very comfortable & the location was absolutely PERFECT!! It was literally few minute walk to the beach & downtown area. The beach is so gorgeous (2nd best beach in the world) and great restaurants & shops just steps away!! We cannot wait to get back!!!!
