Surfside Haven - 100m to beach - sleeps 12!

We invite you to enjoy our stylish and spacious beachside retreat - SURFSIDE HAVEN! With room to sleep up to 12 guests, this property is ideal for large family groups or couples/friends who are looking for a large space to stretch out and relax, with the convenience of being within a stones-throw from the beach!
Other great features include a gas log fire, outdoor kitchen with large entertaining space, outdoor shower and a great yard for kids to play or have a kick of the footy!

Step outside SURFSIDE HAVEN and the rolling hills of the sand dunes are almost at your doorstep. Guests can enjoy the convenience of leaving the car at home with the closest beach just a 100-meter walk away and the main street of Ocean Grove with great cafes/restaurants and retail stores, is just a 20-minute walk away.

Inside, there`s an abundance of living space over the lower level, including sitting room, formal lounge with gas log fire, plus an open plan living room that opens out to the outdoor entertaining area. This ground floor also has a powder room and laundry.

On the second level we have the stylish master bedroom with WIR and ensuite. A further three bedrooms, main bathroom with separate toilet, lounge and balcony complete this level.

Every detail has been well thought out, from the comfy beds to the quality bed linen, our luxurious range of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, not to mention a very well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor area that is sure to be the central space for guests to gather and socialise! The outdoor kitchen includes a sink with hot and cold water. Guests can also enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi and smart TV`s where you can use your own streaming accounts - Netflix, Disney Plus, Kayo etc

Here is the bedding configuration:
Master bedroom: King size bed with double walk-in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed
Bedroom 4: Bunks beds x 2
Upstairs lounge: Sofa bed - there is linen for the sofa bed stored under the sofa bed in the chaise section, simply lift the tab and it`s all there for guests to use, including some extra towels.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.

- Sorry, we do not allow pets at this time.
- STRICTLY no parties or events of any type - including hens/bucks & schoolies.
- Guests must be over the age of 25 to book this property.
- No smoking.
- Our quiet times are between 10pm and 7am - please keep noise to a minimum during these times.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy your stay, but we are close by if you need assistance.

As all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, this property would not be suitable for guests that are unable to climb stairs.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbors. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

COOKING: cooking of curries or other strong foods in this home will incur a $450 deep
Cleaning fee due to the intense cleaning required to remove smells between short term stay guests.

THIS PROPERTY DOES ACCEPT PETS- the rear yard is fully enclosed, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. No Pets inside the home apart from the garage for sleeping and must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended or go upstairs at all , to protect the polished floorboards. You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, extra cleaning charges if there is evidence of a pet inside the home or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Very clean and modern house

It was very nice house and clean.. the vacuum was not working to clean kids mess and no one answer me to any questions about the property .The communication was very standard and they just gave me the instructions no one answer or reply to any of my questions or concerns about the property or the deposit yet .
