It was very clean, we have been to some locations that we had to clean before we could enjoy. Pool was crystal clear and warm, our grandchildren loved it. The golf cart is a must! Too far to walk caring what you need at the beach. Overall very satisfied, would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful vacation

The house was perfect. Layout of beds was perfect. No problems what so ever. We had a awesome vacation.

Turn key accommodations

Spent a week in Destin, arrived to the gated well lit quaint and cute neighborhood. Almost all the properties seemed to be rentals and in tiptop shape. Easy access to gorgeous beaches. Had everything we needed to cook (except groceries) and live for our duration. Plan to return and highly recommended

Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house had everything we needed and the host responded very quickly to any question or request we had. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and generous starter supplies. They provided beach gear (cooler, wagon, chairs) and some pool toys. This is the second time we have stayed in this community. It is close to everything! We loved it!

We had 4 families staying here. The bedrooms were perfect for the adults and children. Everything was clean and taken care of. The back pool area was a great plus. The kids used it and never even had to go to the community pool but its great to have that as an option. If you have little ones they had an alarm system set for the back door near the pool for extra safety. You can turn it off if its not needed. Golf cart is super handy since you are back from the beach and its great to explore in the evening. The only draw back is that there is no parking for the cart for private beach access. The walk isn't terrible and its worth having the private beach. The public area is over crowded. We loved it here and would most certainly come back again. I had a few questions once we arrived and the host answered very quickly and was always so nice. Parking was tight for 4 cars. If you had large trucks or SUV it would be harder to park 4 in the area.

The house was nice, because everyone had their own bathroom! We really enjoyed the pool, nice size, clean and plenty of chairs and a couple of umbrellas for shade!! Nice grill and outdoor space! The only part that I could see for improvement was the living room furniture and may be time to change the mattresses. Kitchen was small but who wants to cook on vacation!!! Well stocked kitchen! Nice size golf cart that was very handy!

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

We had an incredible stay at this beach home! The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The heated pool was a highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The house itself was wonderfully kid-friendly and had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we were able to prepare a full birthday dinner without missing a single item. The beds were super comfy, and the thoughtful addition of beach chairs, wagon, and towels made our beach days even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Great Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Breeze. The private pool was awesome, and we spent a lot of time relaxing by it. The kitchen was fully stocked, so it was easy to cook meals without needing anything extra. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great.The free golf cart was a huge plus – it made getting around so easy, especially to the beach, which was just a short ride away with the private access.Overall, this place has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice, stress-free stay in Coastal Breeze.Thank you so much for making our stay memorable!
