Hello Priscilla thank you for your rating. I must express my extreme disappointment as despite the constant communication & care in which we took to ensure that your stay was nothing short of perfect you rated us very average. I list the following for you to consider: 1. To avoid paying for 3 guests, you only booked for 2 which was picked up only when you missed your flight & your 3rd guest was stranded alone on the Island. 2. As a consequence, we had to call our Porter to pick you all up individually throughout the day which was an additional cost which I didn’t even bother raising with you. We also had to call our housekeeper back to the villa to make up another bed. Both which was very inconsiderate from your end yet no apology for your intentional error. 3. I had to ask 5 times for you to pay for your 3rd guest & you constantly made up excuses how you didn’t want to take money out of the ATM due to the exchange rate. Finally after I having to insist you left me no option other to call VRBO to charge your credit card. 4. It was your birthday celebration & we took time & effort to make it special for you by gifting you with a bottle of Champaigne, a bottle of Rose, balloons, nibbles & a personalized birthday card on your arrival. Not once did you acknowledge this rather you complained that the jacuzzi was not heated. 5. On the VRBO platform under facilities, it very clearly & specifically states that it is a ‘plunge pool’ not a jacuzzi & is not heated.
