Bright Old Town Suite with City Views

Lively Cityzen is a new, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom condo located in trendy Old Town Victoria. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer. Enjoy the comfy queen-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and TV with cable and Netflix. Our 500-square-foot space is bright, has high ceilings, and has a balcony off the dining space. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Lively Cityzen will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building and in the building's interior hallways. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Off-site secured parking is included in the monthly rental. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle. But if you don't need parking, contact us for discounts.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $290 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. Send us an email or a message via CheckedIn, and we will respond with rates based on your preferred length of stay and details.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from CheckedIn Inc before your arrival, where you will receive detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give a 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

I enjoyed my three month stay at the Citizen apartment very much…the apartment was clean and comfortable, the property management was very helpful and eager to make sure that my stay was meeting my expectations. The Citizen is located in Victoria’s China Town area…conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment venues and local boutique shops…and only a few blocks from Victoria’s Inner Harbour. The area is lively during the day and relatively quiet at night!The building was clean, very well maintainedand very quiet!
