Located in historic James Bay, Victoria's most desirable downtown neighbourhood, this quiet, comfortable and homey suite is a walkable distance to downtown Victoria and to the ocean shore (approx. 3 blocks in 3 directions!). James Bay is a quiet area with well cared for heritage homes, horse drawn carriages and is an easy walk to the neighborhood grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, a pub and other shops.

When we're not living on our boat in the summer or traveling south in our RV in the winter, this condo is our home. We love the area! Everything is so close... shopping, restaurants, live music, cozy pubs and coffee shops and of course, the ocean!

Appliances include a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking dishes, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more. Various pantry staples, such as some coffee and teas, cooking oils and spices are available to use, as are unscented laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Two new soft large shag rugs have been added to the dining and living areas in March 2021.

The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable, king size bed with a brand new memory foam topper and luxurious cotton bedding. New soft shag carpeting with a thick underlay as of March 2021.
