Mesmerize yourself in the stunning views from The Reef, this 1200sf Victoria James Bay inner harbor contemporary furnished glass window condo across from funky Fisherman's Wharf with its 33 whimsical floating homes.

This working harbour has been part of the Victoria landscape since the late 1800's and is abound with float planes, water taxis, tug boats, the Black Ball ferry to Port Angeles, the Clipper to Seattle ... could there be more!

If you want adventure, stroll down to the wharf and take a sea kayaking tour around the harbor or along the coastline. See the city from a different angle, as well as harbor seals, river otters and other sea life. Or challenge yourself with a whale watching tour and learn about the majestic Orca's and see them in their natural habitat.

The location is unbeatable – Walk the inner harbor to downtown to enjoy the cafes, restaurants, museums or theatre … or hop on a water taxi to one of the many inner harbor stops … or take a stroll along Dallas Road to comb the beaches. A home away from home!

This condo has great views of the Harbour. We enjoyed watching the float planes, boats and harbour taxis. The condo is situated in a perfect area with it being very close to downtown, grocery store, restaurants and many attractions. The condo has all the amenities and is very comfortable. We stayed here 6 weeks and we felt at home. The owner is very accommodating and responded very quickly to any requests. We would definitely book this condo again. Thanks.

Glorious month in Victoria

Our condo was exceptional. A beautiful view of the harbour and the city of Victoria was awe inspiring. We enjoyed our entire stay. Sue was a great host and made sure we were ok. Loved it!

Johnson Street Salute

This property was very well equipped from the furniture to the kitchen gadgets. The location was excellent and the view was unbelievable., from the parliament building lights to the Empress Hotel. We would spend our mornings drinking our coffee and watching float planes and boats come and go. We especially enjoyed the Johnson Street Salute when the bridge would go up to let a barge pass under it. Sue was very helpful and would reply to our requests promptly. The other residents in the building were very friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely place to call home for a couple months this winter.

Wonderful Vacation Property

My husband and I really enjoyed our 4+ weeks staying at Sue's condo over the Christmas holidays. It's a high quality, quiet property in a well maintained building in a great location. There's a big bed that's super comfortable and the condo was well stocked with supplies. The best feature is the amazing view from the multiple floor to ceiling windows overlooking Fisherman's Wharf and the Inner Harbor! Sue is very responsive - for example, we couldn't find a kettle so she immediately ordered one and had it delivered the same day. We hope to return on future visits to Victoria.

We sadly had to return home early due to Covid-19. The unit is in a modern, well kept building in a good location. We could walk to most things but there is also reliable transit with a bus stop just across the street. Really enjoyed the view of the park, Fisherman's Wharf and the harbour. DT, Ontario, Canada

Three months in Victoria

My wife and I spent 3 months this fall in Victoria in Sue's lovely condo. We had been in town looking for a new home. Not only is the condo perfectly located, walkable to both the inner harbour and downtown but so well appointed that there was virtually nothing we needed to make our stay more then comfortable. Sue and Angus are responsive, generous and very thoughtful. If there was ever anything we needed, Sue replied very quickly. Since we are avid cyclists, at differing levels, we not only needed a secure place to lock our bikes (which the condo has a secure bike room) but also needed to accommodate the comings and goings of both of us individually - which Sue also accommodated. There are so many little touches in this condo that Sue has thought of to make the stay comfortable and easy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and want to thank Sue and Angus for there eagerness to accommodate all of our needs. All the very best to you Sue and Angus and hopefully we will meet up in Victoria again soon.

Fabulous Condo!

My parents stayed here for three months and loved the condo. The views of the harbor are fantastic with something to see day and night. The condo is perfectly situated close to downtown Victoria but in a quiet neighborhood. The building is quiet, safe and secure with underground parking that accommodated their larger vehicle. The condo was completely stocked with all amenities for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Sue the owner was wonderful to deal with. They have already booked for next year!

Perfect place to stay to experience Victoria

This condo has an amazing view to the activities of the Harbour, both day and night. It's location in James Bay was perfect for day and evening strolls through the neighborhoods up to Ogden Point and Dallas Rd as well as strolls to the exciting downtown. The condo itself was comfortable, roomy, efficient, well-stocked , it had everything we needed for our 3 month stay, even the printer was supplied with paper. Sue, the owner, was just a text away for questions and suggestions. It was a great place to live - what fond memories we have!

Location Location Location

Having just spent 3 1/2 months in this property here is a few of our thoughts. The view is amazing, even on inclement days. Watch the sea planes, boats, tugs and barges and of course the seals and otters. Easy walking to Inner Harbour, Ogden Point, across the park from Fishermans Wharf and waterfront walkway. No end of walking the James Bay Area with great eating spots. Home away from home with all the amenities and underground parking. The place is a cut above the rest in the area. If available would return. The owners very good to work with and responded quickly on any requirements or requests. Thank you.

Stay at The Reef rated as fair to good.

1) We have never rented a property for the past 24 winter vacation years that never had a microwave which is a large part of vacationers cooking. 2) After receiving a stern memo regarding noise concerns, we had to put up with a week of hammering and jack-hammering in the condo across the hallway that was being renovated. It was so loud you were unable to talk to each other, watch TV or talk to anyone on the telephone. 3) Only means of heat was the fire- place which we refuse to sleep with it on. 4) Never rented a condo that required replacement of toilet tissue, kleenex, soap, etc. On the plus side 1) View was excellent 2) maid service was friendly and good even though they didn't have much to clean. 3) Caretaker was always busy cleaning and friendly. 3) Security was excellent both at the front door and the parking garage.
