VRBO's system does not allow bookings for a day before or the same day so if it is showing the dates as not available, please inquire to us to double check as we can override this with a manual reservation through the platform.

Air Conditioning Notice: We perform routine maintenance on our Air conditioning units every year to ensure they perform up to par year-round. Please be mindful that during the hotter months in Arizona, the units will take much longer to cool the home. This is not a problem with the unit but more a testament to how hot the outdoor temperatures reach. AC stays locked at 69 degrees.

Pool & Backyard Notice: We do our best to ensure the pool and backyard amenities are safe and clean for your stay, however severe and adverse weather conditions outside of our control (especially during summer monsoon season) may impact the availability of these amenities at any point during your stay. We will do our best to address these conditions when they do arise, but we may not be held responsible for delays in amenity availability due to acts of nature. Pool service is every Thursday.
