Family Ready: POOL :3BR/2BA Beach Cottage: Less than a block from Beach: WIFI

Vacation is where you take your shoes off at the beach and relax... the beach cottage is located less than a block to The Emerald Coast & no busy street to cross to get there. A NEW private pool onsite too!

This Beach Cottage will include a kitchen fully equipped with what you’ll need to make memories around the dining table. The spacious & cozy living room will include a large tv, a cable box & also a queen size sleeper sofa. Through the back door there is a private pool that has pool towels, chairs & an umbrella available for use.

The master bedroom & bathroom are connected. There's plenty of closet space & drawers for your things. A queen sized bed, a full length mirror, tv & cable box. The master bathroom to include a shower, tub, handsoap & hairdryer.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet space, drawers, tv & cable box. Lastly, the third bedroom will include a queen size bed, drawers, tv & cable box.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower with assisting rails, handsoap & hair dryer.
All of our bedrooms & bathrooms will have linens & bath towels ready for you.

This property will include a laundry room equipped with a washer & dryer.
There is an outside shower for you to use to clean up after an adventure to the beach before heading to the pool!
There is NO SMOKING inside the beach cottage or by the pool.
There is a designated smoker's section outside.

Other amenities will include: Free WIFI, parking, keyless entry
We only allow 2 vehicles to be parked at the cottage.
We do have additional parking for extra vehicles, trailers, etc- for a fee- in a close by lot.

Nearby, you will find some awesome locally owned bars & restaurants, shopping, family attractions, fishing, jet skiing, pontoon boat rentals & even St. Andrew’s State Park!


To rent & stay: Must be at least 30 years old with valid ID.

Beautiful home

The stay was perfect my family enjoyed everything location, backyard pool , and the Beach is walking distance.. recommend and will also book again .

Fantastic vacation

This is a wonderful place to stay. My mother and fiance both have bad knee, but they were both able to walk to the beach.. The grandkids love the pool even though it was a tad chilly mid October. Very nice place with plenty of place within walking distance to many places.

Our Week Stay!!

This house is cute, cozy, and in a great location. Denise was a fantastic and accommodating hostess. We were in PCB for the Softball World Series (we took 4th place) and our kids begged to go back to the house every evening so they could swim—they didn’t even care that the beach had double red flags the entire time we were there.

Great for Families

Great location. Walk to the beach was shorter than I thought! Labor Day weekend and still not crowded on beach. Private pool was amazing for toddler that hated sand! We will be back

Great little house, steps to the beach!

This is a great little house, a bit out dated but the owners are doing upgrades as they can and they are doing a wonderful job at it! We are a family of 6 and fit very comfortably here. The pool is one upgrade that really made this house stand out for us, and it was the perfect size for our family. We have 4 young teenagers and they spent 90% of their time at the pool or beach. The beach is literally less than a 5 minute walk. It is super close to some really great restaurants as well! The owners were quick to answer questions and extremely helpful when needed. We would definitely recommend this place!

Hidden gem!

Had a great week here! If you’re looking for a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the business district and condos this is it! The pool was a family favorite for lazy days. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Communication with the owners was easy and always prompt. Beach access is literally around the corner. Plenty of restaurants and a few shops for the kids within walking distance and 2 miles to St. Andrew’s State park which is a must!

Vacation

Lovely beach home! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The picture doesn’t do it true justice. The private pool was much needed for children with the beach having red flags during our stay. The location was central to our favorite restaurants and fun activities!! Denise and Adam responded quickly to our questions. Thank you both for allowing us to stay on your property. We will be planning a return trip for sure!!

Stalked and HARASSED Y PROPERTY OWNER

Upon arrival the house was very clean and in great order, within 24 hours the property owner Very HATEFULLY AND RUDELY explained I couldn’t have golf carts, that we rented for the weekend, fine, we parked at the gas station. About an hour later she threatens eviction, stating it’s not a party house, we traveled with our kids and parents in 2 groups 2 separate rooms we met up together for approximately 20 mins and this woman started going crazy with messages, telling me how she was driving by counting the cars and people there.. HANDS DOWN THE WORST VACATION EVER BASED SOLELY ON THE HARASSMENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGER!!

Our fun trip to Florida

I loved that it was close to the beach. Fairly open floor plan (kitchen , dining room and living area) we all slept comfortably. Within walking distance of dining and souvenir shopping too!

Best place

Super clean. Nicer and bigger then pictures show. We walked to beach like it was in our back yard. Owners stayed in touch with us. Plenty of dishes n stuff for the beach. Will rent again in future

Beach Cottage

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The homeowners were amazing and reached out to ensure our needs were met during our stay. They also answered any questions we had during our stay, without hesitation. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this home during their trip to Panama City.

The house fit our family very nicely.

Nice fit for our family. Very spacious even though it's an older home with very small bathrooms. We did go out and buy measuring cups and a whisk to use ( that we left) and it could use and extra frying pans to cook in. It's is on a very busy street but it's a very short walk to the beach which was great. The water pressure in the home was terrible. Only one person at a time can shower. Over all a great experience.

Amazing

The property is one block from the public beach access. It is well-stocked with supplies, enabling you to pack lighter. Adam was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was reasonably priced compared to other properties in PCB.

Wonderful stay, Great Owners

Adam and I are locals to the area. We adore the beach and what it entails. I am fortunate enough be born and raised right here in PCB. I know, there aren't many of us who can say that. Adam moved here from North Georgia about 15 years ago.

We love the beach. We love to travel and make memories across the world. We decided that it was time for us to be able to help other travelers out in making those memories as well.

This Cottage is located with in walking distance of popular locally owned restaurants and bars. There are also Pontoon Boat rentals, jet ski rentals, The Sea Screamer, fish markets and deep sea fishing charters close by. Also nearby, there's Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Shripwreck Island, The Sling Shot & Vomatron and mini golf. Plenty of shopping! Can't forget the beach is just a short walk away!
