Private pool and steps away from quiet beach!

This lovely three bedroom, two bath townhouse is perfect for 7 guests. It is situated across a quiet street from the beach with the beach access right out the front door, making it easy to run home from the beach for drink refills or a forgotten item. Or just stay home and enjoy your own private pool. The first floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet, the second offers a queen bed with a twin trundle bed. This floor has a full bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer for total convenience. Up a flight of stairs brings you to the main living area with a great room, fully stocked kitchen that is appointed with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet and a full bathroom. A pack-n-play is available for an infant. The house has WIFI. Off the great room is a covered deck that features a gas grille, table and a partial ocean view. Sit back, enjoy a cold drink watch the ocean while the fresh fish cooks!

This home is completely equipped to make your stay comfortable and just like home-only better! It is tastefully decorated and well stocked. Out the backdoor is a private pool for your use only, which can be heated for $100 in off season months, heating is not necessary during summer. New kitchen floor and composite decking were recently added.

Our home is located on Surf drive which borders the beach. You won’t have to cross a busy street on your way to the sugar sand and emerald green water. It’s centrally located 3 miles west of St. Andrews State Park and 7 miles east from Pier Park with premier outdoor shopping and dining.

If you’re looking for more entertainment, there is plenty around. Six golf courses in the area, marina & fishing pier, Panama City Beach Winery and mini golf and rides near by.

Sorry. No pets allowed and you must have someone over 25 to stay with us.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, directly across the street from the beach and the pool was a great bonus. The house was very clean and well-stocked with beach supplies and toys, which made our trip even easier. Check-in was smooth, and Robert was great to work with responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great, it had everything we needed for the week. Location was awesome not to busy. The beach access was right there and beach wasn’t crowded and beautiful water. Pool was perfect, especially for the small kids that didn’t last long at the beach. Highly recommend this house!

Location location location! John and Robb’s lovely home was the perfect landing spot for my family while we’re were in PCB for a softball tournament. The ocean access it’s such a short walk from the front door and the beach is quiet and empty. It was 10 minutes from the Publix sports park and 29 from Frank Brown. The pool was clean and large enough for the whole family and grandparents to get in and enjoy. It also wasn’t super shallow which delighted my older kids and had wide steps which worked perfect for our toddler. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the bottom floor and the kitchen, living room, 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom are on the top. The kitchen was really well stocked with kid friendly plates and cups, a blender, and even a crock pot which was awesome. It was like being in my own home with all the tools available. We had a problem with the drain in the lower bathroom running slow and Robb was quick to respond to my texts and sent someone out within a day to check it out. Highly recommend! We hope to be back next summer!

Bike week

Great house and location. Owner actually greeted me by the ring door bell once we got there. Pool was great to relax after the beach or early in morning. Walking distance to some great places to eat at. We definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Public beach entrance is right across the street. The house has a wagon and umbrellas along with chairs and toys to take to the beach! You have a partial ocean view from the balcony. Private pool is clean and has an umbrella table and several lounge chairs. There is a deck box with pool floats and noodles. House was clean and had plenty of towels in both bathrooms along with pool towels for your use. Kitchen is well equipped. We did a lot of cooking there, and used the grill on the balcony which was clean and fairly new. we had 2 families, mine with my husband, 2 teens and myself along with another couple and teen and we had plenty of room. We will definitely stay again if we return to PCB! We said next time we could even fly in since the house came with everything we needed!

Absolutely PERFECT!

We have always stayed in a condo with my family of four (two toddlers), my parents and my two teenage siblings. This year we made the plunge to stay in a house and we are beyond happy with the choice of this house! It was literally steps from the water, in the best area, and had everything we needed! We hope to be back next year! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Location, Location, Location!

Such a perfect location! We have been coming to PCB for 10 years. This home is on the quiet side of PCB but still close to everything you would need and the best part is, it’s only few steps to the beach. It’s hard to find a smaller private home with a beach view and a private pool. This home had everything our family needed. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were available for our use. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, ice cream shops, the county pier and St. Andrew’s State Park are all very close. There is Lots of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with our family, We will be booking this property again.

Second time…needs improvement

We had stayed here last September and it was fine this year not so much. A few hours after we arrived I let the property manager know about stains on the master coverlet. He told me no one could come out until Monday to fix. I had to wash the bedding Saturday night and didn’t get to bed until close to midnight. After a full day of driving I was less than pleased. The downstairs sink drain also had a clog in it so it could not be used until they sent a plumber/handyman out to fix (Tuesday or Wednesday). In the upcoming slow season I would recommend a detailed cleaning and some touching up of the property has it has really deteriorated in the past year.

Family Vacay

This was our favorite trip we have taken so far! The place was clean, very homey feeling, the pool is private and you are so much closer to the boardwalk to the beach than it seems in the pictures! September was definitely a great time to go as the weather was perfect, the beach was not crowded, and neither were the restaurants! We will definitely be returning to Panama City!

Great Stay!!

Had a great stay here with my family over the last week. Awesome location away from the resorts so the beach was never crowded and the access is just across the narrow street. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Great location

We really enjoyed our vacation! The location was perfect and right across from the beach entrance! The house was clean and great for our 2 families! There were some things that needed to be fixed that I did communicate with the property manager about but nothing hindered or made our stay bad at all… just a couple of up keep stuff! I would highly recommend this place and can not wait to come back!

Great Place!

Beautiful home. Very roomy for 6-8 guests! Everything you need! The air conditioner stopped working the 2nd day so we messaged the owners and they had an AC guy there very quickly! They were very responsive & helpful in anything we needed! Just steps away from the beach! Would highly recommend! We plan on staying there again next year!!

Fabulous location

This property is very comfortable, well-supplied, and well-decorated. And the location so close to the beach made it ideal! Add in the private, heated pool and it provides a spectacular stay!! Highly recommended!
