Located in the back hills area of Cooroy, set on 6 1/2 lush acres, the separate 'self-contained cottage' forms part of our homestead being the owner's residence.

It is surrounded by a permaculture garden with native birds being one of the background sounds. Even rare 'wrens'.

You will hear the cows walking by and very occasionally the neighbor's tractor if he needs to check on the surrounding cows.

There is something unique about the proximity of this cottage, as this property is surrounded by pyramid-style mountains.

Your accommodation is a delightful space with a queen bed, a spare single bed which also doubles up as a couch, a bathroom, a shower, and a kitchen with stove top and oven. Also a microwave oven.

Some great movies for your enjoyment, CD players, books, and magazines. Also, the table in the glassed-in area can be used as a desk.

The cottage is a 5-minute drive from the Cooroy village and Station and bus stop and around a 25-minute drive to popular Noosa Beach National Park.

The local Cooroy village has many facilities including a modern library, restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes. Just a beautiful space and location all around.
