Bright, spacious, quiet, recently renovated one bedroom heritage suite on first/main floor of property. Suite has internet, cable and private off street parking at the property. It also has ten foot (10') ceilings with cove molding, hardwood floors, bear claw tub, stand alone shower, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, washer and dryer and new, comfortable, queen size bed. It is located 5 minutes from the Yacht Club, water front, parks, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.

Great Charlottetown Stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful for exploring downtown Charlottetown. The host was very helpful and friendly.

We loved this apartment! It is in a great location. It was cute, clean and very comfortable. We loved that it was right in the city and the Brick Sisters were very helpful!

Excellent property. Had all the amenities one would need to stay for a few nights. Conveniently located to waterfront and downtown attractions as well as cafes and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would look to stay here again…

Amazing location, fabulous accommodation

The location was perfect for our stay! An easy walk to the waterfront, restaurants, breweries, tourist attractions and a perfect home base for drives to other parts of PEI. The check in process was ready and the owners provided great recommendations. The unit is very clean and was very spacious for my spouse and I. We would definitely recommend this location !

A good location in downtown Charlottetown

The spacious apartment is comfortable and clean. As we do daily cooking we would have appreciated more tableware and cutlery, so the dishwasher mustn´t be used for three plates. Using the toaster needs some attention and also the coffee-machine. The washing machine and dryer worked well. The apartment is perfectly situated for strolls to the harbour area, Victoria Row, historic walking tours through "old" Charlottetown and all restaurants and shops in the downtown area. The private parking lot right next to the aparrtment is very conveniant.

Perfect place for your visit to the island

Well situated within walking distance of historic sites, restaurants (most with gluten free options), the harbour trail and other Charlottetown activities. Easy access from out of town - the ferry, bridge or airport. Easy exit to touring the island. Parking off the street behind the building. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable - easy to talk to for tips. The ground floor apartment we had (#2) was airy and spacious, with high ceilings, crown moulding and large windows. There is a private deck on the front of the building for this property. Living room is well furnished with comfortable seating. Cable tv and wi-fi worked well. Washer and dryer on site. Kitchen is complete and very well supplied, including many "start up" food items to make your stay easier. Large food stores are just across the small bridge in Stratford, or up the Great George street near the University. Bathroom features a tub and separate shower - great water pressure and lots of hot water. Bedroom features an in-window air conditioner - really all that is necessary to keep the entire ap't comfortable. Linens and towels are supplied, as well as many other items (beach towels, beach chairs) that make it easier for those arriving by plane to enjoy the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and if we plan on coming back to PEI, we will definitely try to get this property again.

We highly recommend!

You cannot go wrong staying in this apartment! It is a completely renovated vintage unit with all the comforts any traveller could need. Laurie met us at the unit and gave us a tour. She had recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. The unit was spotlessly clean and much nicer in person, although the pictures were wonderful! We ate at the Water Prince Corner shop that was 2 blocks down the street and it was delicious! We also ate at the Merchantman Oyster Bar and Restaurant and highly recommend this restaurant, as well. The unit was within easy walking distance to downtown and very quiet are for sleeping. Thank you Laurie for hour hospitality and we hope to return again.

Location cannot be beat!

Laurie was the perfect host and it was a joy meeting her. The suite is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. Excellent seafood chowder at the restaurant on the corner - Water Prince Corner Shop. This is our 3rd visit to PEI and we shall definitely be back. Thanks Laurie!

Perfect place down by the water

This beautiful apartment was in the perfect location to walk to many of the Charlottetown sites on the water front. The apartment itself has been beautifully restored and updated with very high ceilings and great wood floors. There is nothing I can say wrong with the place at all everything has been perfectly managed and anything you might want in an apartment is there. The owner, Laurie, meet us when we arrived and walked us through the apartment and showed us everything and also gave us maps and travel information on the area that was extremely helpful. She also suggested places to eat and things to see, which she then realized was a lot of information so she stated she would text us the information which she did about an hour later. She was a great host and keeps and amazing building.

Perfect location and awesome apartment!

We could not have been happier with this apartment. The location is perfect, and Laurie was an excellent host. We loved that she met us when we arrived to walk us through everything in the apartment, and she even texted me a couple hours later with a couple of restaurant recommendations (one of which, the Water Prince a block away, was one of the best restaurants we ate at on our 2 week tour of the Maritimes). Laurie even checked in with us after a couple of days to make sure everything was ok, and to see if we needed anything - that was a great touch for sure. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. She even provides a cooler and beach chairs if you need them. As I said above, the location was perfect. Very quiet for sleeping, but only a couple of blocks from downtown, and only a 2 minute walk to the waterfront area. You can't go wrong renting this apartment while visiting Charlottetown!

it was amazing

We arrived Friday afternoon and parked the car in the provided parking space behind the building. We did not need to access the car until our departure On Sunday. The accommodation is within walking distance to virtually everything in downtown Charlottetown. And the accommodation is stunning. It is spacious, elegant, and really an unexpected very pleasant surprise. I heartily recommend this vacation location to anyone. The owner was very gracious and thorough as she went over anything and everything we may possibly need during our stay. This is certainly 5-star in my opinion.

Comfortable apartment, great location

This was the perfect spot for our week-long vacation in PEI. The location can't be beat, as it is walking distance to everything in Charlottetown, but still quiet and comfortable for those not used to "city living." The apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable for hanging out after a long day touring around. We met with Laurie to get the keys and a tour and she couldn't have been nicer, even though we accidentally kept her waiting an extra hour because we didn't realize there was a time change. :( Pre and during communication with her was great and we felt like we had everything we needed in our home-away-from-home for the week. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful in every way

You won't be disappointed! Location a block from the action, convention centre is a block away as well. Bed firm but comfortable. A few extras like a cooler for a day at the beach. A clean, comfortable place to land. Room to park. Owner was great. No hesitation here. Will definitely stay again.
