This 9-bedroom, 5-bath Storey Lake home sleeps 24 and is built for fun: a jungle treehouse room with its own slide, a race-car room, an ocean room and a wizard-castle room for the kids, plus a superhero game room with air hockey and arcades, and a home theater for movie night. Outside, your own private pool (heating available). Full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, laundry, and The Hideaway Club's lazy river and water slides minutes away. Disney is 13 minutes, Disney Springs 2.5 miles!



The Space:

Welcome to Storey Lake Resort and a house designed so that 24 people can have the time of their lives under one roof.



THE KIDS' ROOMS

• Jungle Treehouse Room – bunk beds, glowing green jungle lights and its very own slide. The room they will talk about all year.

• Race Car Room – two race-car beds and a checkered-flag wall for the little speedsters.

• Ocean Room – sleep under the sea with an aquarium-style wall and blue lighting.

• Wizard Castle Room – a stone-castle mural straight out of a wizard school.



THE GROWN-UP ROOMS

• Five king bedrooms, including a main suite with private bathroom – plenty of space for grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles.



Sleeps 24 across 9 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Pack 'n Plays and high chairs available on request.



GAME ROOM & THEATER

• Superhero Game Room – air hockey table, arcade machines, comic-hero murals and a big-screen TV.

• Home Theater – recliner seating under a starry ceiling for family movie night.



YOUR PRIVATE POOL

Step outside to a screened lanai with your own private pool. Pool heating is available for an extra fee – request it at least 48 hours before arrival and it will be warm when you get here.



LIVING & DINING

Open living room with a large TV, a dining room that seats the whole group, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware and dishes. Laundry room in the house.



INCLUDED: 24 bath towels, fresh linens and a starter kit of supplies (not replaced during the stay).



THE RESORT

The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake has a resort-style pool and spa, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, fitness center, kayak rentals and poolside dining and bar – all included with your stay (guest names must be registered before arrival).



LOCATION

13 minutes to Walt Disney World • 2.5 miles to Disney Springs and the Lake Buena Vista Outlets • Universal, SeaWorld, shopping and restaurants all close by.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. STOREY LAKE RESORT: show your booking confirmation and ID to the guard to receive an access code for your stay. Clubhouse address: 4693 Fairy Tale Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746. All guest names must be registered before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Storey Lake Resort is a gated community on Osceola Parkway and SR 535 – one of the closest resorts to Walt Disney World, and you can reach the parks without even touching I-4. The Hideaway Club is the heart of the fun: a resort-style pool and spa, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, mini golf, fitness center, kayak rentals and poolside dining and bar. Disney Springs and the Lake Buena Vista Outlets are 2.5 miles away, and Orlando International Airport about 17 miles.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to explore: the resort sits right by Osceola Parkway and SR 535 with quick access to the theme parks, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
