The pictures on the listing do not match the listing. The bedrooms are all the same however the living room no longer has the beach feel to the furniture and decor depicted. The nice outdoor lounge furniture is also no longer there. The house over all is nice. But the carpet is really dirty throughout. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the listing should be updated.

Pictures online do not reflect the decorum of the house. House was not cleaned properly. Dirty dishes in the cabinet / countertops in bathrooms had not been wiped. Dead bugs in laundry room and kitchen closet. The jets did not work in the hot tub area of the pool. Pool was dirty and no cleaning of the pool occurred the week we stayed.

House was great, large bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen and it’s a great location. My biggest issue was the pool was half empty when we arrived with a garden hose sitting inside filling it up. The next morning the pool was overflowing but the spa tub was never filled and throughout the entire trip the pool pumps and filters were never turned on so we were not able to use the pool the entire time. We communicated with the host every day during the stay with no fix other than promises of someone from maintenance coming and a follow up that never happened. If it weren’t for this issue this would have been a 5 star review.

However, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the pool and spa issues during your stay. Providing a seamless experience is our top priority, and it is clear that our maintenance response and follow-up fell completely short of our standards this time. Please be assured that immediately after your checkout, our pool technician fully serviced the property: the pumps, timers, and filtration systems have been completely repaired and calibrated, and the spa is fully functional. We have also restructured our communication process with our local team to ensure maintenance requests are resolved with the urgency they deserve. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helped us fix this issue, and we would love the opportunity to host you again for the true 5-star experience you deserved.

Not all business

This property is nice, but needs some basic attention to detail, and online picture updates. There must have been a recent decor reno as items shown in pictures online have changed. (I kind of feel like you shouldn't offer rental space until things are updated and accurate and finished. Patchwork on the wall and such.) Pool chairs especially. Current ones are not nearly as nice as the ones shown. There were no nice pads to lie on and the metal gets very hot in the sun.Inside was comfortable, clean and spacious. There's some obvious wear and tear that I would tackle, but maybe that's to come?? The rental lacked in some amenities in my opinion. For a Florida rental I think 4 beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas would go far. As well as a cooler. There was nothing EXTRA as I have had in other VRBO rentals. Even simple as tupperware or saran wrap. The air conditioning worked great and the pool area was lovely. Having the outdoor toilet by the pool is very smart. Bedrooms are all well appointed, large closets and all with TV's. We are grillers, so that was definitely something that needs an upgrade, but we made it work. I'm not a VRBO host so I don't know what it's like to rent to strangers that may not respect the property or what it has to offer, so maybe some of these things don't make sense to improve on, but I'm of the thinking that I wouldn't want someone to have excuses for not coming back.
