You’ll enjoy two spacious bedrooms with a queen bed and bathroom, offering privacy and relaxation.

Start your mornings in the brand-new kitchen, where you can brew coffee with the barista machine and enjoy freshly ground beans.



You’ll love relaxing in the open-plan living and dining area, featuring high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and breezy windows that let you soak in the serene views of your private tropical garden and Earl Hill.

* Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed



Mid-Stay Cleans

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $159 per service applies.
