The complex consists of both short—and long-term residential townhouses. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise and music to a minimum after 10p.m.
The townhouse and complex are non-smoking/vaping areas. If you feel the urge, move to the footpath area.

Please note that this townhouse is not serviced daily.
However, you can book a mid-stay clean for an additional fee.
An extra set of sheets and towels can be requested for a stay over 7 days for NO additional fee.
