The house 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with a fenced backyard, 2 car’s parking space. 4 queen size beds, 3 TVs includes with Netflix, Hulu, And YouTube etc. WiFi, Full Kitchen with kitchenware pots, coffee maker ,toaster, blender etc. Living room, dining area, washer & dryer. You have full access to Pool, Tennis’s court, 2 Lakes, Baseball field, Children’s playground, walking, running trail around the lake. The house is located in a quiet safe neighborhood 24 hrs security. 5 minutes to the Marina. Close to Beaches, Keys, Everglades, National Parks, Coral Gables, Malls, highways, grocery stores, restaurants. Etc.
Pool is open from dawn to dusk 7 days a week.

The hostess is incredibly friendly and easily reachable with any questions; the booking and processing were excellent. The house is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, and it's also conveniently situated for many activities and easy access to Miami, all within about 20-30 minutes.

Cutler Bay stay

The home was as it appeared on line. Plenty of room for our family of 8! Everyone hung out for the night prior to cruising out of the Port of Miami. It was about 1/2 hour from the airport and the Cruise Port!

My Family and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The house was perfect, clean, plenty of towels and great proximity to everything! The amenities that the community offers is wonderful ie. the pool and fishing tennis courts! The host was very helpful with questions and quick to respond. The next time we are going to be here we will definitely stay,

Community lake and pool were very nice.

We had a nice stay and the house met our needs for family of 8. A couple things future guests may want to know- no dishwasher, little shampoo (what was there appears to have been left by previous guests), no soap, limited towels (be sure to buy laundry detergent to clean towels), basic cooking/baking essentials were limited example- no baking sheet, only small pots, and needed a regular size frying pan. The beds did not have top sheets however we were able to locate a few extra in closets. The lake, playground, and pool were very nice! Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

It’s very important to read listing description to know exactly what the house offers if it’s not listed the owner does not provide those amenities or supplies. The listing does not show a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer is a bonus guest must provide their own detergent, we provided one flat sheet ,one fitted sheet, blanket per bed & plus extra linen inside the closet. Also we left 12 towels for 8 guest.

College Girls Trip

House was clean and aligned with the description. I reached out to the owner about the condition of the house as it was right after Hurricane Milton. She was quick to respond and let me know that all was ok. One thing that I appreciated is that there were multiple towels. The last several rental homes I I used left 1 towel per guest which is not ideal if you need a towel for your hair.

Overall unsatisfied. Our expectations were unmet. There were little to no amenities, only one roll of toilet paper, very slow internet. Location was about half an hour away from the beach. Remotely small house.

No amenities, There's a Pool, Tennis, Fishing, Park, 2 Lakes, and you're 5 minutes away from the Marine. We left 5 rolls of toilet paper. As the description the house is 2000 sq.ft. 3 bedrooms/2 full bathroom, kitchen, dining, and backyard.

I gave you the username and the password to the Internet. The fact that you had over 50 people in the property and everybody trying to use the Internet it’s slowed down. You stated you have four people staying at the property and you had a party a bash and people were coming in lingerie.

Pros: The house is located in a nice area; good communication with owner. AC and ceiling fans good; hot water good. Spacious living room.Cons: pictures looked better than actual condition. Cannot check in until 5pm; yet checkout is at 10am. Only one bath towel and wash cloth per person; only two hand towels and one kitchen towel. Frying pans in poor conditionDid not realize another renter would be living in the garage, turned into aptNo dishwasherHad a musty smell; beware if you have mold allergies; overwhelming room deodorizersFuture Renters- bring bath soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, Coffee.

Would stay again

We stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas with our multi generational family (from 15 years old to 81 years old) This house is located in a well maintained community with plenty of outdoor space to use. Landscape staff was always working away keeping the community space clean and beautiful. We enjoyed fishing in the lake (catch and release - managing to catch peacock bass and Midas cichlids), using the pool (only a short walk from the house), the tennis courts and the walking track around the lake.The listing does mention a spa but we were never able to find it. Also the photo on the listing of the OUTSIDE of the house is not actually the house we rented, but a fair and accurate representation of the style. There is a charcoal BBQ for your use in the yard. We had difficulty accessing the rentals netflix account on all of the TVs, however as we brought our firestick from home we managed to watch TV fine. There are no curtains on 3 sliding doors or the kitchen window so we felt a little exposed. If a house has a capacity of 8, you would expect dishes to accommodate this number but on our arrival there were only a few plastic bowls and no wine glasses. We bought 8 bowls and 4 wineglasses, leaving them there for future renters.Despite the VERY minor nuisances above, we enjoyed our stay in this safe and well kept community and would 100% stay here again.

Good.

The place was good! It was very clean and the pictures measured up to what was expected. The communication with the host was good and she was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The one thing we didn't expect was the fact that there was someone staying in the garage apartment, that I guess had been recently renovated. It wasn't mentioned in the description and I was under the impression that we would have the run of the whole house. It was just unexpected. They didn't take away from the experience and were barely noticed during the stay.
