Conveniently located on the marina side of the island, you're just a short walk to all of the island's attractions around Front Street and the Hamilton Island Marina, and a quick buggy ride to everything else the island has to offer.

Rooms.
There are two bedrooms in this apartment. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite, and the other bedroom includes two queen beds.

Family-friendly.
Though there are some steps up to entry of this apartment, the inside flows over a single level, making it ideal for families with young children.

Kitchen.
A well-equipped, open plan kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Outdoor space.
There is a large, covered outdoor balcony with a BBQ and seating for six people.

This apartment features all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable holiday, including air-conditioning, laundry facilities, and fresh modern interiors.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
