Very clean, convenient to restaurants. Literally steps to the beach. The just was easy to communicate with. Next time, might try one of the until facing the ocean, but otherwise, a great stay

Perfect for a couple. Awesome location. Covered parking. Private beach access. Very clean & well stocked. Neece was very communicative & let us know our unit was available earlier than the check-in time. Check in/ out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place bad weather

This property is great, location , atmosphere is top notch. Beach is beautiful. Would have really enjoyed this vacation except a hurricane was projected to hit 3 days after we arrived, the area was evacuated so we had to leave. The property manager was great to deal with. We will be returning in the spring.

Summer vacation

The 1 thing that I didn't like was the Parking..so glad they had guest parking...and the stairs would be a lot for older people..being on the water was a plus...take the FREE trolley if not there's no parking and you'll have to pay 15 to 20$ an hour just to park..Not a lot to do either.

A very pleasant stay on Anna Marie Island

I found the condo in a very clean state upon arriving. Even though it's a Studio Type Condo, it is very homey and had all the amenities needed to make things comfortable. we had a slight problem with one of the TV's but Neece jumped right on it and had it resolved very quickly. Great location and a little more affordable than the two bedrooms directly on the beach. Would recommended to anyone..

Amazing!!!!!!

The communication with Neece was easy and super friendly! The location is a beautiful amazing spot! The condo itself ef was perfect!!! Clean and very nice! Def will book again! Great place to stay!

This was the second time to stay at this property. The studio is just the right size for one or two. It is near a Trolly stop. I rarely take the car once it's parked. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio. Neese is quick to respond and goes above and beyond. I extended my stay and she even went as far as helping me find another VRBO because the unit was booked after my original check-out date. Thanks Neese! I'll be back for another stay.

Cute place very clean

The stay was great. Everything I could have needed was there. 3 little things that could use some help 1- couch needs replaced. Not comfortable at all. 2- recliner is the same as the couch 3- bed is very uncomfortable for a side sleeper like myself. Overall Iā€™d stay here again. It was very easy communication with the property manager.

Excellent rental and property manager!

My daughter and I stayed in this condo for a week in December 2024, and we had a wonderful time/experience. Neece was the best property manager I have ever dealt with, and we rent on the FL gulf coast about every other year. She responded to me immediately every time I contacted her. The check-in process is the easiest we have experienced. The condo was exactly as pictured and was very clean, and in a great location! It has everything you need in the kitchen. There are chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels in the unit, and there are lounge chairs down by the beach entrance to use free. There is a nice, private pool. The property is well maintained, even after two hurricanes! It is a small unit, but can sleep three. It's perfect for a girls trip or couple.

Best Place Ever!

Really amazing location next to the beach. I loved that we had our own parking space under the unit. The beach is just a few steps away. The room stayed nice and cool. There was a small washer and dryer. We Had everything we needed and more. Very clean and organized. The decor was perfect for the beach. We are definitely going back! Neece is an excellent communicator. Almost responds immediately. Bradenton Beach is just stunning. The water was so blue and clear. We spent most of our time in the water, looking for sharks teeth, and watching the sun set. It just doesnā€™t get any better!!! We got so many beautiful pictures. You will definitely enjoy your stay at the Coquina Beach Club;)
