The Space:

Welcome to your family’s perfect vacation base at Encantada Resort! This spacious 1,636 sq ft townhome offers a combination of comfort, convenience, and fun, just minutes from Disney and Orlando’s top attractions. Enjoy the resort’s fantastic amenities, including multiple pools, a clubhouse, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and a picturesque jogging-friendly lake.

The townhome is about 30 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located within the Encantada Resort community.



The Neighborhood:

Encantada Resort is a peaceful, gated community perfect for families and groups seeking relaxation and convenience. Located just minutes from Disney, outlet malls, and popular dining options, it offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay. Take a scenic stroll along the lakeside jogging trails, unwind at the clubhouse, or enjoy a swim in one of the resort’s multiple pools. Kids can explore the dedicated play areas while adults relax at the on-site Romy’s café/bar. The resort also features a fully equipped gym, hot tub, and a billiards room. Nearby, you’ll find golf courses, shopping centers, and plenty of entertainment options, making it an ideal home base for exploring Orlando.



Getting Around:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located about 30 miles from the property, with a driving time of 35-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Guests can enjoy free on-site parking, making it easy to drive to nearby attractions like Disney (just minutes away), Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and more. Rideshares and taxis are readily available for those who prefer not to drive. Additionally, the property’s central location provides easy access to major highways, making trips to shopping centers, golf courses, and local dining options simple and convenient.

- A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the keypad.
