THE WORLD VILLA has everything that you and your family could possibly need for the most magical vacation to Disney and the attractions of Orlando. Situated less than 3 miles from Disney's doorstep, located in the great community of Indian Creek, this home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting things to do. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, THE WORLD VILLA is ideal for larger families, and accommodates 6 to 8 guests in spacious comfort.

THE WORLD VILLA has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by overstuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with a big-screen tv.

Step out from the family room under the cool and shaded lanai, and on to the pool deck that surrounds our crystal clean pool and raised spa pool fully fenced for more privacy . Sit and soak-in the Florida sunshine on the cushioned, deck loungers, or take a cooling dip in our optionally heated pool.

Sitting in the bubbling raised spa and listening to the waterfall is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it.

If that's not enough family fun - then why not enjoy some time together in our converted games room? Lots of fun for the family and things to do when the weather is not quite up to the usual Florida sunny standard!

Sleeping accommodation at THE WORLD VILLA includes a master suite, with a King-size bed, night-stands with lamps, and clock/radio/alarm, walk-in closet space, and dresser with cable TV, plus a master bathroom, walk-in shower, roman tub and toilet.

A second Master Bedroom suite also affords a Queen-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser , closet space, and master bathroom.

A Two final bedrooms each will appeal to kids and the young-at-heart with two twin beds, TV and oodles of space.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast... but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in central Florida can be found just minutes away.

Ne pas vous fiez aux photos. La maison est plus vieille, il y a des taches sur les murs, vieux tapis usé partout, les meubles tout éraflés. La position est bonne entre 20 et 30 minutes pour ce rendre aux parc Disney. La piscine et un gros plus. Réponse rapide aux demandes.

Overall, our family had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect location and size for our family of 4 and my brother’s family of 4. Easy check-in and clean property. The property could use a bit of updating though, some basic wear and tear (game room), but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Also, be aware of the “fees”, we were not crazy about the fact that we would have to pay to heat the spa and pool for the week. We opted out of the heating of the pool

This rental was the perfect size for our vacation. Initially, we did not know that some basic amenities would not be provided, but there was close access to groceries, soaps, paper products, etc. to easily meet those needs. The home was clean and comfortable. We would rent this home again!!

Propety management was very responsive for two instances contact was required (storm knowkced out AC and tore off a section of the screened in porch, both rectified very promptly). Check in was quick and easy. Trash and recycling were put out for us, which was in conflict with the instructions and my expectations, and initially caused confusions as I thought a neighbor may have put it out unintentionally - not an issue, but could be clarified in advance. Home size and pool area were as expected. The home was mostly clean, though there were a few items found upon check-in that indicated cleaning between guests could be improved upon. Overall I was happy with this stay given the price, length of stay, and location.

Old & tired, poor cleaning but great location

Property photographs are not recent. The property is in a great location but would not stay here again. Property is very tired and many areas of damage, scuffs and marks. Simple cosmetic things that would be easily sorted and provide alot greater appearance and homely feel. Cleaning of the property not great, especially around high use areas like the dink, switches, door runners. Pool area is stained quite badly inside pool and chewing gum spots on pool area. Air hockey table broken. Other items also broken on arrival but one thing that was good was the management company were on hand and tried their best. I could go on but will leave it there. Photos available if anyone requires them. VRBO were good, hosts were not.

Great stay

Home was very spacious and had all we needed for our family while we stayed in Orlando for my daughter’s volleyball nationals. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice to cool off after a long day at the convention enter. Michael, the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

In town for Volleyball tournament

We stayed for 1 week in this property. Fast response from the property manager. Check in process and cleanliness was great. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The TV in the king size bedroom had a volume issue so that could not be used. My daughter was playing a 4 day volleyball tournament so I was specifically looking for a home with a hot tub, I did read that heating the pool was an extra fee, but unless I overlooked it, didn’t know that you had to pay that fee to get the hot tub heated as well. That was disappointing but we made it work and overall the property was great.

We enjoyed our stay at World Villa. Location was great, close to Walmart, restaurant’s, and Universal. Had a couple of small issues that were resolved promptly. I would recommend a couple of new mattress in the near future for the master bedroom and one of the twin beds. Overall, our stay was great and we would like to thank you for everything. If you are looking for a nice home, I would recommend this one!

April vacation

The place was much more warn than the pictures showed. We contacted the owners for multiple lizards coming in through the slider when the slider was closed they came in and out through out our stay. Also ants in the largest bathroom. The pool has rust on the bottom of the pool, looked dirty but just rusted out. The mattresses were very warn, so was the carpet. There was also aggressive raccoons in the garbage from previous renters garbage. To top it all off the owners charged my card 95 dollars for being 28 minutes early to check in. Would not recommend staying at this property. They stopped responding after we complained multiple times about the lizards. The neighbors were also up till 10 pm most nights blaring music. The quiet time is after 10pm so we had to hear it till at least then. For the money we paid it was very disappointing and then to be charged 95 3 weeks after we left for arriving early was very upsetting. Considering all the issues we had staying there. We have stayed in this area at different vacation homes multiple times. Unfortunately this vacation home was not as advertised.

Great economical choice, close to Disney parks

The property is as described just showing some age and natural wear and tear. The home was clean and communication with the host was quick, clear, and efficient. Would stay here again!

Overall property is good. Location is 15-20 minute drive from Disney parks. Owner was responsive. Nice pool and patio. Property has everything small family needs. Some items need some minor repair/replace (shower door, towel rack, fridge door shelves) but nothing major. AC quit working one of the days but was repaired in less than 2 hours of notification. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Time at Disney!

We scoured the internet and finally found the perfect vacation rental. This home was perfect for our family of 6; plenty of bedrooms, space and bathrooms. We loved the pool and Spa as well. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Cleanliness of property was not very good. We found feminine products underneath the bed and I had to explain to my granddaughter what those were and hair in one of the other beds carpet look dirty ants in the bathroom. Location was perfect. You have two different instructions for garbage pick up one on the fridge raider one by the alarm. Decided not to use the pool because you wanted to charge extra for heat that should be part of your stay..

Perfect location

This property was so close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and hot tub were great. Our party of 6 had plenty of room and amenities we’re on point. I would stay here again.

Great house for a Disney Vacation

Highly recommend this property if you are thinking about an Orlando vacation with your family. The kitchen was immaculate, the dishes and kitchenware were all clean and relatively new. Definitely recommend paying for pool heat if you are traveling in winter; it really saved us from the unusual frigid temperatures we had for the first few days while we were there. The pool and hot tub were both lovely and our kids enjoyed them every day. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any inquiries we had. Great stay.

This is an excellent home

We had a great experience with the hosts and the property. The property is well furnished and extremely clean. The location is awesome and close to everything you would want or need during your stay. Good communication and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

Property was immaculate! No issues whatsoever. Pool was great. Definitely worth paying the little bit extra for the heat during the winter months. We will definitely be back!

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
