Come enjoy Morro Bay in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Cottage! Located in North Morro Bay just a few blocks from the beach this home is the perfect space for your next escape! Situation on a quiet street this two story cottage has an open floor plan with a large living room featuring flat screen TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to self-entertain along with seating for 4 people and full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find an two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a King size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sofa that can be converted to another bed. Outside you will find a fully fenced back yard along with off street parking and a 2 car garage. Book this home for your next getaway to the beach!

The house is excellent for traveling with two dogs. The location is 1 mile from the dog beach and it has a fenced backyard. The neighborhood is walkable (with some hills if desired) if your pups are not too tired from the beach already.

We went during the atmospheric river in Dec, 2025. Overall we had a good stay. The house was clean. The washer and dryer were large size and worked well. There was ample dishes for four adults to cook. We ate most breakfasts and dinners at the house. Note that there is no dishwasher, so plan on allocating clean up time for that. The house is located towards the north end of Morro Bay. It's quiet. It's close to many businesses and only a few minutes drive to the rock and shopping district. The heating system was effective but tended to over heat the house. I didn't turn on the heat before bed and it dropped to 60 in the house. I turned it on and set the temp for 67, then I had to turn it off when the house hit 71. Odd combo upstairs with two different bathrooms next to each other plus two bedrooms. The memory foam mattress in the main bedroom was a bit strange. It felt like a crator would form around your hips and it made getting out of the bed interesting in the morning. Host responded quickly to all issues we reported. For the price and location we absolutely would consider staying at this house again as it was a good value and location on the SLO coast area. Thank you for the great stay.

We loved the location of this Morro Bay Beach Cottage, and that we were able to bring our pup! There’s a great dog beach about a 2 minute drive from the house, and a quick trip to the Cambria Christmas Market and San Luis Obispo! Also, a quick drive into the town of Morro Bay for a delicious coffee and breakfast.

This property is vastly overpriced for the value. The king bedframe is broken, and both mattresses are very uncomfortable. We got very little sleep. There are no blankets for the couch downstairs, even though that is marketed as a bed in the unit. The property also lacked common amenities such as shampoo/soap, board games, and beach towels (despite being down the street from the beach). We also saw ants in two of the rooms. If this property was 100/night, I wouldn't have any complaints, but it is clear that the property management company that runs this place does not care about the quality of their guests stays. Extremely disappointing. Would not stay again or refer to someone else.

First I would like to say thank you for accommodating me, my husband, and our dogs. They r our family now that r children r grown and we do not like to leave them. It’s become extremely hard to find accommodations that do not charge an arm and a leg. This property was affordable and perfectly suited for pets. The showers were good, plenty of hot water, and excellent water pressure. Kitchen was adequately supplied if you were wanting to cook simple meals, we did not use stove only microwave. Sectional in the living room for 4-5 people and kitchen seating for 4-5 at the table, with extra chairs. Also a nice table and chairs outside for BBQ’ing. The location was to our liking because we prefer to not be directly in town. Perfect for the dog park and dog beach, and only 10 minutes to down town. It is a 2 story home with both bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, which is noted in the description and a full bath downstairs. If you have difficulty with stairs, this home would not be advised. The only negative I have to say is about the bed in the master. It is extremely soft and I was unable to sleep on it, felt as though I was sinking to the middle. I started there and within an hour or so I had to move to the other room. The bed in the other room was fine and I slept there for the entirety of our stay. If you were to need all beds this might be an issue. It just being my husband and I, was not an issue,and we would reserve again.

The place was perfect. It was so close to the beach. The privacy was great. It was very pet friendly. It was nice to be able to walk the neighborhood and see the sunset. This is a great family friendly place to stay. The chairs for guest use was the icing on the cake. It was nice to have chairs to use while enjoying the beach. The views were amazing.

Great location

We had a great stay at this beach house! The location is ideal-close to other beautiful coastal areas, making day trips easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for traveling with our dog (however, the stairs are slick, so just use caution when your dog goes up or down the stairs). The sleeping arrangements worked out well for us-one bedroom had a queen mattress, the other room had a king mattress (the queen mattress was firmer than the king). Communication with the property management team was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

Great place if you're bringing pets!

It was in a cute quiet neighborhood, super easy stay. The washer & dryer worked well. The only thing was the beds, it says it has 2 twins, a queen, and a futon but it actually has a full, a king, and a futon. It worked out fine for us but was a surprise to the kids that now had to share a bed

Spring getaway

We brought our college gal, her friends, and our pups to the beach for the weekend. This was a perfect spot! Fenced in backyard made it so helpful for the dogs!
