Please Note: This home will sleep a maximum of 10 people. We can offer the home for up to 8 adults and 2 children. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

ā€¢ Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
ā€¢ Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Yearā€™s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Ā Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Located just across the street from the beach in beautiful Morro Bay, this home has the perfect balance of luxury and comfort for your next beach getaway. The home has recently been fully remodeled with custom touches throughout. The floor plan is open and contains both a family room and living room with partial views of the ocean. Ample seating indoor and out, this home is well appointed for larger groups to gather or spread out and have their own space. Walk the short distance to the beach and enjoy the sand and surf, then return home to rinse off with the outdoor shower and unwind in the manicured backyard. This home is a perfect opportunity to get away and still feel right at home!

Wonderful getaway

The house was great. The open floor plan was perfect for us. We cooked all our meals in the big kitchen and it is fully stocked. The location is the best part- so close to the beach! We would love to stay here the next time we visit Morro Bay.

Morro Memories

Very welcoming and inviting. The rooms were comfortable, very nice beds and plenty of space. As a family, we were relaxed and at home. Backyard was a definite hit, especially the outdoor shower. Also a great location.

Spacious, clean, and a great location!

Very clean and spacious house with a nice open space layout. It did not feel like the house had been flipped to be a rental, but instead felt very cared for. It was also perfect for our group of people as there was enough seating for everyone to be in the same room. The kitchen was great to cook in as well. And the location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful getaway!

Our large family recently stayed in this home for a couple of days and had a fabulous time. The kitchen area is huge, and we especially enjoyed having meals around the extendable kitchen table. Although a little bit old, the bikes in the garage were a plus for my teenagers. It is literally a short walk to the beach, with lots of nearby trails for biking or walking. The home was also very clean.

Can't beat the location

The stay was very nice. The only negatives were that there wasn't any propane for the barbeque, but management took care of that pretty quickly, and the double beds (or maybe they were queen size) were terrible in the guest bedroom. The 2 people in that room said it felt like they were sleeping (or trying to sleep) on the springs. By the end of the week, their backs were very sore.

The location can not be beat

It has everything you need. Love the heated outdoor shower when you are wet and cold. So close to the beach. Had a little problem and called a they help me immediately. A Great Family home. Neighbors would always say hello. If on a walk, running, walking there dog.it feels like home.

Amazing Beach Property

My family of 5 stayed here for spring break and it was amazing! Super close to the beach, you can hear the waves from the house. Cute little park next to the house to walk out and watch the sunset. It rained most of the time here so we didnā€™t get a chance to use the gorgeous backyard. House is gorgeous, beds are comfortable. Really nice washer and dryer for our use. Iā€™d definitely stat again.

50th Birthday getaway

Stayed with my family 8 total. 4 adults 2 teenagers & 2- 8 year olds. Enjoyed the spacious house. Walking distance to beach. House was clean and stocked. We cooked breakfast daily & several dinners. We also enjoyed the superbowl game at the house. Used the BBQ grill and had my brother in law a friend over that day. I will definitely rent again if available in the future.

Morro Bay Family Vacation

My wife and I stayed with her sister's family, a total of 4 adults and 3 children, ranging from 1 to 7 years old. Between the two living spaces, we were able to barricade the younger children and give them enough space to crawl around without getting into anything. The ground floor has a split level, you'll want a pack and play or something to make sure the crawling kids don't hurt themselves. The house was great! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to cook and prepare our meals. You cannot beat the location - it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The yard is a good size, and the outdoor shower is perfect for cleaning up after hitting the beach.

Nice property but EARLY quiet time hours

The property was very nice and being only a short walk to the ocean made our time there very nice. Our only real issue was the quiet time. My husband played his accoustical guitar in the backyard at 9:30 for 10 minutes on one night as he saw a sign at the door saying quiet time was after 10pm. The management company called to aggressively tell him it was 7pm and to stop playing. He had already stopped but the communication could have been a bit nicer.

Family Birthday Celebration

Great location! Close to town, San Luis Obispo, Hearst Castle, and walk to beach! Quiet safe neighborhood and super clean. 4:00 check- in is unreasonable for the price per day. Request to check in 1 hour earlier was denied even though requested 48 hours ahead. When arrived at 4:00, cleaning crew was still actively cleaning (vacumning, cleaning, laundry running) and our party of 8 entered through open garage and were asked to wait in living room or outside on patio after driving 5 hours and guests flying from East Coast. This took away from overall experience. When requested later check out due to above, it too was denied.

Great seaside property

My family (split between the Bay area and LA) picked to meet in the middle and stay in Morro Bay. We are very glad we did. Initially we feared it would be a little chilly (60's forecast), but the beach and the town delivered an amazing weekend for everyone. The property is one house away from the entrance to the beach. A very short walk through a cool trail in the trees and you are on the beach with the amazing view of Morro Rock. The kids had a blast flying kites, and playing in the sand. The adults collected shells and went on walks down the beach. The town has amazing local seafood markets, and we had an amazing dinner grilling in the backyard. It's nice and spacious (enough to play catch with my kids). The house itself is well kept, and everyone was comfortable. We did have an issue with the bathrooms facilities working, but the management communicated with us quickly and handled the matter fairly. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a quiet family getaway.
