Views.
Enjoy lovely views out over the tropical gardens to the turquoise waters of Catseye Beach.

Family-friendly.
This apartment is set over one level, making it ideal for children. It also includes free WI-FI throughout the property.

Outdoor space.
The apartment has a large outdoor entertaining space with seating for six people, sun lounges and a BBQ.

Kitchen.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge and caesarstone bench tops.

Rooms.
There are two bedrooms. The master suite opens out onto a balcony and includes an open bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, flat screen TV, stereo system and DVD Player. The second bedroom includes mirrored sliding robes and another completely renovated shower room.

Pool.
The apartment has access to the Hibiscus Lodge complex pool and BBQ area. There is also a spa in the complex.

Location.
This apartment has a great location, right behind Catseye Beach. It's also just a short stroll to the island's Resort Centre with its swim-up bar, water sports and island activities.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
