The house was great - comfortable beds, relaxing lounge and dining and lovely modern bathrooms. Great wide verandahs provide heaps of room to enjoy spending time outside. Easy walk to beach and shops. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: We loved this holiday home for our recent family holiday, extremely comfortable, very clean, very well appointed and fantastic that we could bring our dogs too. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be recommending Brownies on Birch to friends and family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trips to Straddie are always great and Straddie Sale and Rentals always provide a great place to stay. Brownies on Birch was a cute 2 bedroom house with a great yard. Fully fenced and back access so our boat was safe during our stay. The decks were also beautiful. The location is great, walking distance to most things in Amity. Highly recommend Brownies on Birch.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times now. Great spot, handy to new bar and general store, and really good if you have dogs. Fully fenced and rear yard access. The new back deck was a lovely surprise too ! Always clean and tidy and cosy. Some necessities were missing such as salt, a lighter for the bbq and mozzie coils, so it was our turn to supply and leave for next guest which is completely fine and a pleasure.

Wonderful Quiet Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very peaceful well set up house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well appointed house with off street parking for a boat and a car. The TV is genuine smart but very slow. The slight downers were the sand at the back entrance which resulted in a lot of sand in the house (use the front for entry) and the slow internet and cheap tv with weak internal processor. Otherwise a great place and will be back.
