Charming seaside beach house, perfect for a single or couples getaway. Ideal for a short term work/stay in nearby Summerside. Enjoy idyllic ocean views and spectacular sunsets from the porch swing. Stroll along the red sand beach only steps away or take the kayaks for a paddle on beautiful Malpeque Bay. Rinse off from a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Close to shopping, Anne of Green Gables, several highly rated golf courses and all amenities our island has to offer.

We loved our stay here - the cottage is fantastic, everything you could possibly want and more! The location is perfect - right on the water with amazing sunrise and sunsets, only a short drive from all the local activities, and loved the access to the beach, kayaks (and laundry!) Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect getaway

This property was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The location was perfect and the ocean views and sunsets were breathtaking. The beach access was perfect and would be great for kids. The cottage was well equipped and more than met all of our needs.

Idyllic it is!

Cottage was immaculate, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. Location is prime -- sunrise over the water is exquisite. Super host. This cottage is the perfect PEI getaway for two.

Believe the reviews! This immaculate, well-appointed cottage is the perfect getaway for two. From peaceful sunrises to breathtaking sunsets, we were captivated by the ever-changing views of the bay. The serene setting made it easy to relax, yet we were just minutes from Summerside. Its central location made exploring PEI convenient and enjoyable. Kelleigh is a lovely host -responsive, and easy to communicate with.

This property offered a wonderfully private and peaceful stay in an easily accessible location. The beautiful waterfront setting, inviting veranda, and tasteful PEI décor created a welcoming atmosphere that felt just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was immaculate with fresh towels, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable with crisp, clean linens.The inclusion of a washer and dryer was especially convenient for travelers planning longer stays. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our time here both relaxing and memorable.I wholeheartedly recommend this property—it perfectly reflects the charm of PEI. We enjoyed our stay overall, but one issue stood out. We met a man on our first day who said he was the host’s father/property manager. We noticed he drove by the house quite frequently, mostly in the mornings. One time he surprised us by coming onto the property unexpectedly. We were on the back deck when he walked around the side of the house. He didnt stick around, however the fact that he entered the property without being invited felt very intrusive and made us feel quite uncomfortable. That aside, the cottage itself was nice: clean, cozy, and a beautiful view of the ocean. It's in a great location, close to Summerside and a good home base to explore the island.

Thank you for your feedback, Laura. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the cottage’s cleanliness, comfort, and beautiful location. I would like to clarify one point for future guests. My father helps maintain all three properties by cutting the grass ,watering the gardens,replenishing firewood etc. His workshop is located just two properties away, which is why he drives by regularly as he works most mornings. On one occasion during your stay, he briefly entered the yard to see if guests were home so he could take care of the lawn .At no time did he enter the cottage itself, and he did not intend to disturb your privacy. He saw there were several couples and knew It would not be an appropriate time. We truly value guest comfort and will always ensure the property is well cared for while respecting our guests’ space. Thank you again for choosing our cottage, and I’m happy you enjoyed your time on the island.

My spouse had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this truly idyllic beach house. We felt welcome as soon as we booked. The house and the land are wonderfully well maintained. The house was impeccably clean and the coastal decor was very tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped and impeccable. As soon as we arrived, we felt relaxed and on vacation. The porch is where we spent the most time. The large suspended swing and the 3 rocking chairs allow us to admire the view of Malpeque Bay. Sunrises and sunsets are extraordinary. The house is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden. We have easy access to access the water. There are also 2 kayaks at our disposal. The house is located near Summerside where you have access to all the amenities of a city. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In short, we had everything to have a great stay. Kelleigh is a caring and warm host. We had a wonderful stay living to the rhythm of the tides. For us, this house was an item on my bucket list. We are so grateful being able to spend our vacation there.I hope to be able to return soon.
