The Space:

Booked on VRBO for family reunions, sports weekends, and longer stays alike, The Retreat is built to keep a big group comfortable well beyond a single weekend. Four bedrooms and 10 beds mean nobody ends up on a couch, even on an extended trip. The main living area centers on a pool table and sectional facing a large wall mural, with the kitchen opening right alongside it.



A gas stove, pot filler, and island seating keep whoever is cooking part of the group instead of stuck alone at the stove. Out back, a putting green, giant chess set, cornhole boards, and a hammock sit near a fence painted with a big 'Nashville' mural, the kind of backdrop families love for a quick photo before heading out for the day.



Picture the day: soccer at Geodis Park or a morning downtown, an afternoon of poker and pool table rematches back at the house, a soak in the private hot tub, then a nightcap round of giant chess or putting green in the backyard before everyone splits off to bed. It works well for soccer weekends, honky tonk nights on Broadway, or a family trip that wants easy access without giving up backyard space at the house



Getting Around:

Rideshare is the easiest way into downtown and Broadway for a night out, with quick trips to the honky tonks and back. Geodis Park and 12 South are also just a short drive away
