• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Turn off the gas bottle next to the outdoor BBQ when not in use. DO NOT SMOKE near the gas bottle.

• 🔥 Outdoor BBQ Use & Cleaning: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ and provided equipment. Please clean the BBQ grill, utensils, and any surfaces used after cooking. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

• 🍽️ A dishwasher, dishwashing tablets, sponge, and dishwashing liquid are provided. Please wash all used kitchenware, including bowls, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, and cookware. Extra cleaning charge may apply for any dirty dishes or unwashed kitchen items left at checkout.

• 🗑️ Bin collection by the City of Gold Coast Council is on Tuesday mornings. Please place all trash bags into the red, yellow, and green bins located to the left of the garage, and move the bins to the street on Monday night for collection. Extra cleaning charge may apply for any trash bags left unemptied at checkout.

• 🔐 We are not responsible for any lost property. Please secure all your valuables and belongings.

• 📦 Before checking out, return all items, equipment, and furniture to their original locations. Missing items will be charged.

• 🧳 If you forget any item after check-out, we will assist in locating it, but we are not liable for any loss or damage. Reshipment of the items is at your own cost.
