This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath retreat is ideally situated alongside the cross-country ski trail and within minutes of Park City Mountain Resort. With 1,260 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this end-unit gem (more privacy) is nestled in one of the most convenient locations for Park City lodging—just a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the free city-wide bus line. Thoughtful touches like air conditioning for the summer months and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is relaxing.
Inside, large windows welcome in an abundance of natural light, creating a bright, cheerful, and tranquil space. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms offer peaceful privacy for families or small groups. The bedding configuration includes a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed in the second bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests.
One of the highlights of this Park City vacation rental is the serene outdoor atrium, complete with cozy seating and a gas grill—ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with a view of the mountains or grilling dinner under the stars, this quiet retreat makes it easy to enjoy every season in Park City.
The owner may consider one dog for stays of 30 nights or more during the Summer and Fall seasons—please contact our Guest Services office for potential approval and details. Park Avenue 299-1790 is a non-smoking property.
Guests will also appreciate the proximity to the heated seasonal outdoor pool (opened during the Summer; closed Fall and Winter), year-round hot tub, and sauna, along with access to changing rooms, a laundry room, and private carport parking. With the Park City Golf Course just next door and trailheads nearby, your days can be filled with hiking, biking, golfing, skiing—or simply soaking in the scenery.
Check-in is a breeze with our Direct to Condo process. Guests must complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive their personalized door code. Housekeeping services are not included but may be arranged in advance for a fee by contacting our Guest Services office at least two weeks before your stay.
