Quiet Seaside Heights Cottage

This 2-bedroom house sleeps four (1 queen bed + 1 bunkbed) and is recently updated with new appliances (stove, frig, smart 40" TV). Located on the quieter, north side of Seaside Heights, the home is three blocks from the beach and two blocks from the bay. Boardwalk attractions, restaurants, supermarket, and CVS are all within walking distance. Park is also one block away.
There's a shaded front porch, a large fenced yard with a deck and a gas grill, and seating in both locations. Also included are an outdoor shower, and off-street parking for two cars.
Rental includes four beach passes, two chairs, beach bag and tote.
Linens (sheets, bath/hand and beach towels) and pillows are supplied, as well as a couple of days' worth of paper towels and toilet paper.
Amenities include a dining room for 4, a pub height table and stools in the kitchen area for two, central AC system, and ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom.
No smoking or pets allowed.
