Thank you for the great feedback. We are wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the location to be excellent and secure. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and you are more than welcome to return anytime for another fantastic experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience, as the condition of the home, amenities, and supplies fell well short of our standards. We appreciate you bringing these serious concerns to our attention—including the dock water level discrepancy, carpet stains, broken microwave, dirty cookware, and the lack of essential starter supplies. We take matters like this very seriously, and our team at Big Bear Vacations is actively reviewing the property listing accuracy, inspecting the appliances, and coordinating a deep clean and restock with our housekeeping and property care teams to ensure the space is properly maintained and welcoming for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a truly seamless and improved mountain stay in the future.

Thank you so much for the perfect 10/10 rating! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we're so glad everything met your expectations. You're always welcome back — we'd be happy to host you again anytime!
