This spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. lakefront estate is designed for guests seeking privacy, luxury, and unparalleled lakefront living. Featuring five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home is ideal for family reunions, ski trips and large groups traveling together.



Throughout the home, soaring log-beamed ceilings, a magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and walls of windows showcase stunning panoramic views of Big Bear Lake from nearly every room.



The chef's gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, featuring premium appliances, a gas cooktop, expansive counter space, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area. Just beyond, the expansive lakeview deck has a gas BBQ island and a dining table with a propane fire table, the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails overlooking the water.



The home's luxury amenities include a dedicated TV lounge with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a 60" Roku Smart TV, as well as a private game room complete with a wet bar, pool table, shuffleboard and a poker table. Guest Access:

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole home is yours except a locked owner's room upstairs and the garage. Use the private dock in season (the boat at the dock is for the owner only). Parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the parking pad.



The Neighborhood:

Set directly on Big Bear Lake, this estate offers some of the most coveted lakefront views in the area, while remaining just minutes from ski resorts, the village, and premier dining and entertainment.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for maximum convenience. Ride-share and taxi services are available throughout Big Bear.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety, there are exterior cameras at the front and sides of the house. There are no cameras inside the home.

All bedrooms are on the lower level. The kitchen, living areas, game room and half bath are on the main level.

The upper floor has air conditioning for summer.

The boat at the dock is for the owner's use only, so please don't use it or sit in it.
