Excellent location and ease of access to all of main street, very clean and great service during the checkin and out process. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Fredericksburg!

We will be back! Two families with tween boys each had a great stay. Perfect location, comfortable beds and small dog friendly. Management is quick to respond. We will cherish our time on the balcony listening to live music from across the street.

Terri, those balcony evenings with live music drifting over are something guests talk about long after they leave, and it sounds like your group got the full experience. Tween boys, two families, and a small dog all finding their groove in one spot is exactly what the property is built for. Glad the beds held up and that you got answers when you needed them. Next time you come back, try catching a weeknight show over there, smaller crowds and the sound carries just as well across the street.

Loved the property and it was in the perfect location to walk to everything! Our only issue was the key code given did not work and it was very difficult to contact the property manager. We ended up going through VRBO help to finally get in. that’s the only reason for the 2 stars on that. The beds were comfortable and the space was relaxing. Plan on coming and staying again.

We really enjoyed the place and rented both units; however the AC was not working at all the first night in one unit. Things happen - totally understand but the communication was not good and we were offered a refund of only 60 for having no AC for half of our stay and moving everyone to the one unit where we didn’t have enough beds. The place itself was great once the AC was working but I didn’t feel like the reps we spoke to (different rep each time we called) really cared about our group being comfortable. It was hot. They did offer to switch us to properties that were very far away. Lake LBJ was one option! I am a host and have had things happen but I make it right with my guests.

David, a perfect ten with no notes needed is about the best compliment a host can get, and we appreciate you taking the minute to leave it. The Hill Country changes character with every season, cool mornings on the porch in fall, wildflowers come spring. Whenever you're ready for another run out this way, the door's open.
