The kitchen has been upgraded with beautiful granite; custom cabinets and backsplash. The dining room table had seating for 6 with 3 more seats available at the kitchen bar. The living room has an oversized flat screen HDTV and plenty of seating for everyone in your group: plush, comfortable furniture chairs and a pull out sofa. The master bedroom has access to the gulf front deck and overlooks the beautiful white sanded beaches!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or you will love the location just a few minutes away from many local restaurants! Luxury bedding is found on each bed and plenty of oversized towels in each bath!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
