The location was great but the carpet in the home is very dated and is in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The yard was overgrown to the point where the backyard outdoor space was not useable. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. I think the mattresses are quite old. When we arrived the towels were still in the dryer and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.
