A welcoming patio sits at the front of the home, featuring comfortable Adirondack-style chairs framed by desert landscaping. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, quiet conversations, or simply enjoying the crisp desert air.

Additional conveniences include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, a two-car garage with direct entry into the home, and smart use of storage throughout.

THE BOULDERS COMMUNITY
As part of the Boulders community, guests also have access to an array of resort-style amenities. These include a day spa offering massage and wellness services, a heated community pool, tennis courts and several on-site restaurants. The community is also home to two acclaimed golf courses, scenic walking paths and opportunities for outdoor adventure like guided rock climbing tours on the surrounding granite formations—perfect for guests looking to blend recreation, relaxation and convenience during their stay.

We are dog friendly too! While we allow one small dog (under 20 lbs, older than four years) at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. Please provide the size and age of your dog, plus the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
