-Home includes a private, owner-locked primary bedroom that is not accessible to guests. The other 5 bedrooms are for guest use.
-There are door chimes on door surrounding the pool for safety. They cannot be disabled

Booking Process:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.
