Wonderful Kiawah home

Home was beautifully furnished and just perfect for our large family. And so close to the beach!!! Kids loved the pool when not at the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time together at Natures Haven! We really appreciated the access to bikes, the beach wagon and beach chairs. Biking to the nature center was fun! The pool was lovely-but we didn't use the hot tub since it cost extra to heat. We enjoyed the house and location to the beach. Plenty of room in the house and very well appointed. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and there were plenty of supplies at our disposal, including laundry detergent, paper towels etc. We finally saw the alligator in the lagoon on the last two days of our trip.

Beautiful house, great location and well stocked with everything you will need. There is a short walk to the beach, which is great when you’re traveling with littles and bringing lots of gear. The pool was an extra perk that we all enjoyed everyday. There was a nice supply of beach chairs, toys and a cart to lug this all which really came in handy when trekking to the beach. It was easy to reach the caretaker when a few questions came up. If you’re looking for a beautiful house close to the beach for a large group- this is a gem.

Perfect distance from the beach. Loved that there was a wagon in the garage to haul our stuff and put the kids in. Amazing house for family to stay in!

Second year was just as wonderful

We returned to the same house for a family vacation. The house was as beautiful as we remembered and wonderfully accommodating for the 12 of us. It was great for the adults as well as the children. The pool could be a little bit larger, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. I would suggest that they purchase umbrellas for the patio to help with the extreme heat and sun. The office was extremely receptive to any concerns. The island is absolutely magical with fabulous bike paths, a wonderful beach, and great opportunities, such as walks with a naturalist and outings to collect shells. We are considering returning for a third time.

Great spot and perfectly laid out for our group! Location was ideal - between Freshfields Village and Night Heron Park.Walk to the beach was very doable. Would recommend. Only critiques:The stovetop wasn’t great - the largest element seemed to only change sizes, not heat levels, so it only cooked on high.The management company was a bit frustrating to communicate with when we had trouble with the master bathtub, but we eventually figured it out (it was stuck and handle is weirdly loose), no thanks to many texts to management for clearer instructions.Also, the welcome texts said every bed had been “freshly made”, but since my daughter is allergic to dust, it seemed maybe the top bunk had not been recently washed since her eyes swelled up. We washed the bed and then she didn’t have any problems after that.Easy check out process - over all a good experience!

Outstanding in every way! Where do I begin? 4 minutes walk from the beach. Large selection of beach toys, boogie boards, a wagon and beach chairs. Outdoor shower and lots of nice new beach towels. Almost daily visits by deer strolling past the kitchen window which overlooks the pond and its resident alligator. Nice private pool and hot tub in the shade with lots of outdoor seating. Tons of room both in the bedrooms and in the multiple common areas. Designer touches on all of the rooms with high end features in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything in tip top shape fully up to date. Honestly nothing to dislike or even any room for constructive criticism. 5 stars! Stay here if you get the chance.

Great house in great location. Our family loved the layout and fully stocked kitchen. House looked newly renovated. We enjoyed the pool as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas

House was exactly as advertised and worked well for 6 adults and 5 children. We used the beach equipment, bikes, pool and hot tube. Excellent Location. Only issue which we knew up front was it is expensive to heat the pool and hot tube so would have liked to use them more of the days.

Great house, convenient location

We were a family of six staying for a beach vacation and day trip to Charleston. The house was great- lots of spaces for us to spread out. It was very comfortable and convenient and protected by the local allligators :)

Beautiful beach house

This home was beautifully renovated and well stocked for a week at the beach. Communication was prompt and friendly and there was plenty of room for extended family to all stay together with 6 bedrooms and lots of different “hang out” spaces. The outdoor shower was great after returning from the beach and the pool was nice to have as well.

Natures Haven

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Our party of eight adults and six children were very comfortable. The house was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen was fantastic. We experienced absolutely no issues or problems during our 4 night stay. I would highly recommend a stay at Natures Haven and hope to come back next year!

Great Stay

Check in was easy. When we got there, everything was ready for us. 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was great. Plenty of equipment for the beach and the two bikes were a fun option. Would recommend renting umbrellas for the beach. The house had plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect.
