SUMMER 2024 BOOKINGS SAT-SAT ONLY FROM JUNE 1st-AUGUST 10th, 2024.
THE SPACE: Welcome to Fins Up! Kick back, relax, and enjoy your oceanfront stay at Topsail Reef Condominiums on North Topsail Beach. Fins up features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is steps to the ocean! The condo is approximately 840 square ft. You will love the open concept layout when you walk in the door. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean from the private balcony while watching the dolphins playing! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master suite has a queen bed, smart TV, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a smart TV. There is a 55'' Smart TV in the living room. Private beach access is steps away by walking down the stairs to the first floor beach access point. You will love the quiet beach atmosphere of North Topsail Beach.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Picnic Area, Charcoal grills, tennis/basketball court, coin-operated/credit/debit card laundry facility located next door to condo

KITCHEN: Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig, Cooking basics, Fully-equipped, toaster, microwave, blender, teapot

GENERAL: We are located on second floor and there is no elevator access, Free WiFi, self-check in, Smart TV's, Tiki Bar and Mart located directly across the street.

This condo does not have central A/C. It has a built in A/C in the living room and portable air conditioners in each bedroom.

PARKING: On-site open parking lot (2 vehicles)

PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING! NO PETS ALLOWED!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The following items will be provided for your stay: linens and bath towels.

**PLEASE NOTE: There has been beach erosion recently at North Topsail Beach due to previous hurricane damage. Sandbags are in place of the natural dune. They should not be climbed on, sat on, or disturbed. Thank you for helping to protect our beautiful beach!

*IMPORTANT: Also note that during high tide, access to the beach may be limited. This changes day to day with the tides and weather. If access to the beach is limited, you can walk down two buildings to building 8 to access the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be sure to leave the spare key in the lock box and use the other key hanging up in the condo so if you ever forget to take your key, you’ll have a spare.

GETTING AROUND: We are located 3 miles from Seaview Fishing Pier. A short drive to Sneads Ferry (approximately 7 miles) will take you to dining and shopping. You can also drive down to Surf City (approximately 13 miles) for more dining and shopping options. Camp Lejeune is located 17 miles away. Enjoy the various marine aircraft that fly by the coast!

Great place for a couple or parents with an infant or small child.

The unit is on the small size and the deck is very small and has a limited view of the ocean—it is on the ocean but you can’t look in the north or south direction.

We were not able to get as much beach time right in front of the condo due to the sand bags there & the tides. Meaning we had to move our chairs every day or walk a ways with our chairs and coolers to get beach..... We rented beach front for a reason! Condo not as nice as we are used to staying in. Cleaning & contents of the unit not up to par! Otherwise, great weather and time!

Mini vacation

The condo was ready earlier than expected and I was emailed we could check in after 10 a.m. The view of the beach was great and steps away from the condo. Very friendly neighbors and a very walkable neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything someone would need. We mostly used it for breakfast and lunch. We would definitely consider staying there again. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Great Location/ Stay

Fins up is located right on the beach, you have a nice view of the beach from the balcony as well. The tide can get higher in this area certain times of day but you can just move a little further down the beach if needed. The hosts Bo and Kahla are great with communication, if you have any queations they get back super quick. They also leave some recomendations for places to go, one of the places we went to they recommended was Daddy Macs. This resturant has a great view of the water and great food/Service. Another plus is there is a little Tiki bar across the street. Highly recomend checking this place out! Thank you again Bo & Kahla.

Prime beach access and a must for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

This is the real deal on beach access, literally 40 steps and there it is. Super clean and set up to be very user friendly. Everyone had privacy when needed and the kitchen is set up is just right, plenty of storage space. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us and we could have easily fit 2 more adults. It is pretty central if you wanted to do anything touristy being between Wilmington & Jacksonville. Food Lion is just over the bridge as well as the Tiki Market & Bar across the street.We will be going back next year and for hopefully longer.

Absolutely positive experience!

Property is exactly as described, and clean!! Check in/out were smooth and easy. Had a couple great conversations with the owner, who was extremely flexible with our last minute scheduling. Can't express enough how excellent communication makes for an awesome visit (which it was)! Beds are comfy and the kitchen is outfitted quite nicely. The area is on the North end, generally very quiet, and ample parking. Beach access is in seconds (beware the very highest tides--this is the North end of the island after all, but still plenty of beach). Would absolutely recommend this unit, and if we need a 2 bedroom again on the next trip, we'll be checking availability here first. For the price of a 2 bedroom and the communication with the owner, this is a hard deal to beat!

Peaceful

This was just what we needed. Peaceful and beautiful. First time at Topsail and I would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet getaway. Walking the beach looking for sharks teeth is always my favorite thing to do.

I really liked this place. Has a great beachy feel to it! Though it was only me this time, it was much larger than I thought it would be. All the boxes were checked! The Host was available for any answers to my questions.

Best vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much. I loved being right on the beach and being able to sit outside our patio and look at the water. The place was clean and large enough for the 4 of us and the baby. The kitchen had more supplies than we expected, that was really nice. We will definitely be back...if fact we didn't want to leave! Thank you for making everything so easy in booking our vacation!

Pillows were hard as rocks we ended up buying our own, no instructions on how to use the high tech tv, and the air conditioners make way to much noise to sleep

Beautiful getaway

We loved our stay! The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking! The condo was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. It was located at the quieter end of the island which we appreciated because we like to escape from hustle and bustling when we vacation. The beach was nice, there was some obvious hurricane damage to the front beachfront area of the condo but you could see they were assuring safety and were working to repair it. The key box for entry is a great system for entry. We also appreciated the kurig pods and the tiki mart/bar across the street! Very convenient! We were about 15 minutes from Surf City which was perfect for us. We went on a Tiki Tour boat trip in Surf City which was amazing! Visited the pier and had great dinners wherever we went. The owners messaged us on the day of arrival to make sure we arrived safety, which we really appreciated. I also reached out about a concern and they got back to me right away. It was a great week and place to stay. If we were ever to travel in the area again we would definitely return to this condo if it was available.

this condo was perfect. decorated cute, perfect location. the beach was not over crowded. close to drive to restaurants and things to do. The property owners we so nice and it was an easy booking process. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Bathrooms were clean, which is huge to me. I do wish the laundry was in the unit. It worked out fine though!

Home away from home

Bo and Kahla are wonderful host's who went beyond expectations to ensure we had a great week while staying on Topsail. The condo had more then enough room for two people and could have comfortably fit a family of four ( we have two children we plan to take next time ). Really an awesome place to relax and take in the sights surrounding NTB!

Quick Trip

We wanted to check out Topsail as we had never stayed there. We make a short trip to the island for a weekend. The condo was beautiful. The cleanest place we have ever stayed. It was decorated beautifully.
