OCEANSIDE VILLAGE -bottom unit, no stairs, pet friendly.

Our home has three bedrooms and two baths, New flooring and new paint throughout. Kitchen is stocked with Biltmore Chef Series cookware, with dishware for service for twelve, including utensils and glasses. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, hand mixer, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, new refrigerator. There's also cookware, crock pot, electric can opener, everything you'd need to cook and serve a meal. Spectrum cable and internet.

We provide beach umbrella and beach towels if you don't want to bring your own. There is a Cornhole board and bicycles for adults and children.

There is a nice patio with dining table/chairs for 6, fire pit and it's private.

We are pet friendly, there is a dog park within walking distance of our home. We provide a pet waste station and outside water bowl for taking your pet outside or so they can get a quick drink after taking them for a walk. We allow 2 pets and they MUST be included on the reservation and pet fee MUST be paid. No large dogs and no aggressive breeds.

Oceanside Village is located between Business 17 and N. Waccamaw Drive off Melody Gardens in Surfside Beach. We are within walking distance to the beach and there is also private beach front parking, there are bathrooms and a shower area to wash the sand off your feet, beach chairs and beach toys. We are close to Garden City, Murrell's Inlet, Pawley's Island, Huntington Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach State Park.

Food Lion grocery store is located right across the street for all your grocery needs. There is a flea market within minutes if you like to shop or just like to look around. We are new to VRBO but not new to the vacation business, so give us a try you won't be disappointed and will want to make our home your yearly vacation destination to enjoy with your family!

WE RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY MAY THROUGH AUGUST. Owner is on-site and is always available to answer any questions that you may have and can tell you where the best restaurants and other places are to go!
