It is the ideal location for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the lake and mountains while remaining in contact with the city. The neighborhood is quiet but you can find a public beach, pier, bus stop, supermarket, and restaurants no more than 5 minutes walking distance.

Large living room tastefully furnished with white minimalist furniture, a very comfortable new couch with a queen size fold’ out bed, and a dining room table for six people.

Bedrooms are carefully prepared with cotton bed-sets, a warm duvet and some extra wool blankets are also available.

The kitchen is big and fully equipped with a stove, pots, cutlery, knives, bowls, and glasses. It has a toaster, an electric water kettle! You can admire the breathtaking beauty while having breakfast in the morning!

I provide basic shopping, such as pasta, tomato sauce, salt, olive oil, coffee, etc. so that you may cook a quick meal upon your arrival, if necessary.

Two bathrooms are modern with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and bidet. It also contains a hairdryer/iron/washing machine for your convenience. Towels, soap, shampoo/shower gel are provided.

The apartment has an independent entry and private parking.
